Let me start off first by saying, most of my complaint revolves around poor business decisions. My co-workers and I ordered a total of 4 meals before noon. After over an hour of waiting, someone finally called to inquire at ETA. Upon calling the phone number listed on the flyer given to us yesterday, it went to a generic cellphone type voicemail system. After trying again for the fourth time, someone answered and we were told the food would be here in 10 minutes... 50 ADDITIONAL MINUTES LATER, the food FINALLY arrives. It was a 2 hour wait. When the delivery guy came, he announced how swamped they were and that it was their first day open, as if to give excuses for their tardiness. THEN when checking our food orders, no one except one had the right order! And it doesnt stop there... One of us had to pay via a credit card over the phone when wed originally ordered. The delivery guy had no knowledge of this and requested the credit card number be written down and given to him for payment (NO WAY!). After refusing and explaining that it was already charged over the phone, he cooperated and just had the rest pay by cash. The delivery guy was at least politely mannered the entire time and did vow to fix the orders and return with the corrected orders and offered the mess ups free (no way he was taking that food back from hungry women in this office! HAHA!). As I was writing this review, the delivery guy did in fact return with the corrected orders, twenty five minutes after having left. He also gave a credit card receipt for the one order paid over the phone. At least there was an effort.. Despite the unnerving two hour wait and mess-ups, the food and prices are good. I just have to say, whoever the owner is, needs to take some business classes... For a small business never having been opened, you try a soft opening first and allow some walk-ins and few invites. THEN you do a Grand Opening where you hand out flyers. This allows your staff to acclimate themselves to the business itself before being thrown to the wolves (mobs of hungry people)! Also, when an order calls in and you have any idea that youre slammed and unable to complete orders in a timely manner, you let someone know. A simple "Hey, this is our first day and things are a bit crazy. It may be a long wait, we do apologize and hope you understand. Thanks." SIMPLE! Its called, good customer service. Informing customers first, instead of damage control later. I MAY try this place again, but I know the rest of my co-workers have been completely turned off and wont be. Hopefully, theyll work out the kinks.. If not, Im not sure theyll be around long.

I would certainly give a 5 star rating if and only if the delivery driver was at the same caliber as the pizza! This was my second time ordering because I do love the pizza and was really hoping it was a fluke that my first delivery order turned out the way it did. Here is a summary of my first experience: Ordered pizza myself and my girlfriend craved, was told 40-45 minutes....over an hr later I get a dazed and confused delivery driver whose first greeting word when I walked out the door was "Sup". Guess I looked like his homey and it was ok for my pizza to be over 20 minutes late....ok whatever, I got my pizza, it was at least warm, still gave a 20% tip, although the bill includes delivery charge if you add up the normal cost+tax. Enjoyed the heck out of the pizza. Best in the area I had thus far! Ok so I want pizza again and both myself and girlfriend are starving...hmmm Boston Express??? Or try another? Really loved the pizza, but delivery sucked!!! Ahh well, I will hope it was a fluke. Well guess what? 40-45 minutes is what I am told, again over 20 minutes late, with the same dazed and confused delivery driver, was called because he was extra confused this time, same "Sup" greeting, asked for my total again so I made sure I had enough to give a tip anyway. He dropped the empty pizza carrier...glad I already grabbed my pizza. Really really love this pizza, but the caliber of delivery driver that this guy is, is ridiculous enough that I may have to try another place who shines on all levels. Tired of late deliveries, barely warm pizza, and a driver who acts like he is high on something...and it sure isnt the smell of the pizza, although it does smell as good as it tastes...amazing pizza, horrible delivery driver.

Very disappointed I was staying in a hotel and ordered for 2 and a half hours before I had to leave. Needless to say my food never showed up. I ordered at 10 am as soon as they open, and at 12:30pm my food was still not there. I had to leave the hotel for work without eating since my food never showed up. Then I emailed them telling them about the poor service and they just ignored my email and never got back to me. Plus to make it worse I prepaid with a card so they took my 30 bucks, since I also tipped in advance, and I never got my food. My advise is to not support a company that treats their customers like this!!!

Love the food, the strombolis there are great (Im getting hungry thinking about it). If you have ordered a delivery from this place and its taken a while to get to u, its because they are so busy because everyone likes the food here. Not only do they do pizza, subs (cold and warm), they also do seafood! The owners a very friendly people and will keep u coming back for more. Now I really want a pizza. Their pizzas are mouth watering and they have a huge variety of pizzas and toppings that you can add on. I should go and eat there sometime soon.

I have ordered Pizza and subs for my coworkers a few times and I have to say the food is great. The downfall is the delivery time. We have 30 minutes for lunch and have to take it at 12:00. I always call 1 hour before hand to make sure the food is here on time. It has always been late. I dont know what the issue is but it needs to be solved asap.
