I ordered from New China Moon a while back and was disappointed. I ordered General Tsos chicken which is by far my favorite Chinese dish. It was sweet, not spicy at all. The sauce was likely one of the types they buy in bulk in plastic containers because it was just a thick sticky sweet mess. This could have just as well been sweet and sour chicken drenched in sauce. There was no spice to it at all, and what is General Tsos without the hotness to the sauce? The food itself was not cheap, and upon returning home I noticed I had mysteriously been given a soup cup full of what appeared to be iced tea. I dont know if it was included, if they screwed up the order, if I was charged for it or what and I didnt exactly feel like going back ever again to find out. Its such a shame considering the close proximity of this restaurant to where I live. Oh well.

Dont order from this place! very bad customer service. The lady who takes the call is very rude and was yelling through the whole order. She than only likes to place orders she wants to make at the moment. When asked what she had for a side drink, she refused that she did not even sell water. She had "fruit punch" that has been left over and nobody buys and wants to but it so she only wanted to sell that! She than started having a panic attack while on the phone with her, and than when i asked if she was OK and to calm down, this is not they way to speak to customers she hung up the phone. I called back multiple times and she than refused to pick up the phone. I dont understand why you open up a business and than refuse to serve. NO BODY deserves to be treated unfairly, and with disrespect!

We happened upon this place by accident, but it was absolutely Great! My husband ordered one of their specials The Thai special and I ordered Pad Thai combination. Both were delicious the Pad Thai was the best either of us had ever had. Spicy and so many textures and flavors it was fabulous. We also had the crab Rangoons and egg rolls for appetizer and they were both homemade and very good. Looks like a husband and wife small little place but the food was very very good Hope we can come back here again if the road brings us

Nothing too special, the chicken curry was pretty much onion curry. Tasty, but too many fillers. I would probably go there again because its really convenient since we live right down the street. If there was another option that was close by, I would probably go there.

im in macungie with many chinese resturants all around maybe with good food but i wanted delivery and new china moon was the only one who delivered-food was excellent, big portions, great prices, and FAST, FRIENDLY DELIVERY! go there or stay home but do try!

I got food from here and i specifically said no onion or vegetables because im allergic to onions they sent me to the hospital and the driver called me crazy when he came to get my food back so unprofessional would never get food from there again they suck

Very rude on the phone. I asked if they delivered and she said yes. Then asked if was a large order and I said it was just for me. Then she said "I have no time for small order for you" and hung the phone up. Poor business...

Food is very good and a friendly family atmosphere. They have very good sushi for a reasonable price. The restaurant is a tad small, but they have very good service. I would recommend this.

My pick up experience was good. However they will not deliver 5 minutes down the road if the order is under $15 which kind of sucks if one person wants to order lunch from work.
