Have gone to this taco bell for years because it is my home town. This morning I went for breakfast and arrived at approximately 10:50, first thing I asked the drive through worker was if they were still serving breakfast. She repeated my question and then answered "yes we are". So I made my breakfast order for me and my friend for 4 steak egg and cheese crunch wraps and for myseld a mountain dew kick start. She proceeded to repeat my order then tell me my total. I then pulled to the drive through window where I paid and then was handed my drink. After waiting approximately 5 mins a different woman worker cam to the window to tell me that since it was past 11 which was when they stopped breakfast they were out of eggs. I was very upset by this because it was still only 10:58 and I had ordered and waited for the food for as long as I did before they decided to tell me this. So they made me 4 steak crunchwraps and I went on my way because I was hungry and agitated. I then went to taste my drink to find it literally tasted just like carbonated water, no mountain dew Kickstart taste at all. I am currently writing this review instead of eating my breakfast because of how upset I was by this. I will absolutely not be returning to this taco bell.

Horrible customer service. They messed up my order by adding another chalupa. That wasnt the problem, mistakes happen. It seemed a bit much, the lady denied it. When i got my receipt, they added the chalupa. I politely said that I didnt ask for this. The young girl proceeded to go to the back and start yelling saying I DONT KNOW WHAT SHE WANTS OR WHAT SHE WANTS ME TO DO and left me at the register. The whole crew came up to the front with this unnecessary attitude and asked what do I want. The manager finally came and had to tell the young lady (the cashier) to go outside and cool down. The manager was nice and gave me a refund. When i did get the original order, it still wasnt right. Had to be one of the worst fast food places I have ever been too. They should fire the crew and get people with less of a stick up their ass

The only reason I go to this one is because its the closest Taco Bell to me but I wish there was a better one nearby. Taco Bell has great food but this location makes things sloppy most of the time. We have to take our food back half the time. It all depends whos working, which sucks because I dont feel like taking chances on whether my food will be good or not. Sometimes the staff is really nice and sometimes they suck.

Employees are polite and kind. The girl that took our order even brought our food to the table when it was ready. The food is prepared poorly. It looks like they literally threw it together from across the room. Tortillas were all broken, uneven distribution of ingredients. They were also out of sauces. The dining area was dingy, nothing looks as if its ever wiped down.

Wait was WAY too long for "fast food". Food cold, soda machine messed up and seems like 8 people "working" but dont seem to be working together because service was extremely slow and unprofessional. Other then that you really cant screw up taco bell, next time will go threw drive thru and cross my fingers.

Waited 15 minutes while everyone around me received their order only to receive food that wasnt fresh, 3 minutes left of its 30 minute expiration window. Marina sauce that came with breadsticks had turned. Its getting two stars instead of one because the cashier was friendly and apologetic

The service sucks and they dont have no Caucasian people working there the manager is against her own people I speak the truth and they never get the order right and the beef is old it makes me sick to and the manager is so rude she needs to be fired or replace

Worst location ever. They have screwed up my order the last 4 times Ive been there. Missing items, food made wrong, you name it. Tonight, popped by at 12:30. Says they are open until 1am. Nope, closed. Go to the 202 location. Never had a problem.

Bathrooms broken, orders took forever to come out, orders were mixed up from everyone around us, drink machine was really noisy. Sounds like a helicopter taking off in the dining area. I love taco Bell but this location needs work. Lots of work.

Its Taco Bell. Had a great experience my last time there. The young lady working the drive-thru was great (I didnt get her name) and was personable and made sure she thanked me for wishing her a good day. Thats a rare thing these days.

There is STILL no meat. They are very skim on the meat. Have no idea why but this Taco bell is cheap when it comes to their meat on any taco. Go see for yourself. Its okay if you dont mind that but the one in Brookhaven PA is better.

The waiting time was incredible, I waited 50 min for my food, there were a lot of us waiting and the whole crew did not care less, they knew their job but they were just taking their time to do things as if they were half asleep

They gave my son and I food poisoning. We got 2 personal pizza combos, the breadsticks were inedible, prob left out way past the time they were supposed to, and since we ate there, my son and I have been throwing up non-stop

Best Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Usually I go inside, but either way, all the employees have a quirkiness & humor about them that you cant find just anywhere. It just sets a good vibe to the place. Never a bad experience
