Got the half chicken meal and for the price and the fact the chicken was nice & crispy but still really moist. For the sides I got Mac & Cheese and garlic & herb mashed potatoes with gravy that was real good with a side of corn bread and it all cost $8.69. So I would have to say thats why I give it 4 stars. The customer service was good as well. The girl that took my order was very pleasant and nice. I would definitely return to this location again when ever I decide to go to Boston Market again for a meal when I am on this area.

The Lines are too long. There are not enough servers or cashiers. Sometimes food will be cold or have other kinds of food in it. When out of a certin food items its take way too long for it to come back up. One of the mangers just sits there yelling at the servers and cashiers and not eveing helping with the line. He either talks to customers or just sit back and do nothing. I only see on person bringing the food up there needs to be more people doing that becuase these lines are very long on the weekends.

We live locally and like to eat here from time to time when Mom just doesnt feel like cooking :) Its just as fast as fast food so its quick and easy (so important with a toddler and infant!), the prices are great and the food is great. Most importantly, their customer service can not be beat. They always oblige any extras or requests I have with a smile. Never an attitude or rude vibe like many other establishments. We have truly never had a bad experience here.

I love Boston Market but this one was pretty rough haha.. unfriendly service and dirty. I told the lady working that the ice machine wasnt working, and she disagreed with me - then when I told her again she just went over and smacked it. It did work after the smackin and I did find it entertaining it was pretty bad service

AWESOME SAUCE TEEROY
I got a quarter white piece of chicken, cream spinach which I love from Boston Market, sweet potatoes and mac/cheese. Everything that I mentioned was nasty. The chicken was super soft/ mushy. The cream spinach tasted watered down. Im very disappointed in this location. I will not be returning any time soon.

I only go to BM once every cpl of months but the place is always clean and the staff very helpful. Tonite while I was waiting on my food I noticed an employee cleaning the dining rm and was just very friendly and polite to ppl there. Sadly we dont see this enuf in restaurants.

Today is Friday August 5th I walked into Boston Market stand in line and wait to give my order the gentleman takes my order was very rude about it all I wanted with extra meat two pieces I say what the gentleman wants to charge triple the price that was extremely rude

I wanna complain about the employees, they work like they dont like their jobs, I been waiting for a while to be helped and wasnt a busy day and I asked for spicy chicken and they gave me regular chicken, I didnt catch their names but it was at 11:30 am

Patient staff! I wasnt familiar with the menu. Staff was very patient with me on making my selection. 1/4 piece white, side of creamed spinach yummmy, with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn bread.

My name arias and the claimant BM always go out there way to help me and my fiancé. I feel as Im in a restaurant, they never accept tips thats the only thing I dont like. The hole crew is awesome!
