i work at a local hospital at night and ordered late on a sunday night, 20 mins or so before they closed, and they still delivered our food and in a timely manner. We ordered general tsos and some crab rangoon. let me tell you, the crab rangoon was among the best ive ever had! not only did the order come with 10 pieces, but you could really tell that its real crab and not the gross imitation stuff. the chicken was absolutely delicious! often, the breading on general tsos is soggy b/c it was made a while ago but it was still crispy as if it was made fresh. the sauce was so good and the fried rice was fresh too! its impressive that it tasted that good so close to closing time. i recommended it to everyone here at the hospital and i recommend it to anyone wanting some bomb chinese food! Def will order from there again!

Great food and the vegetables are fresh. Get it to-go. I enjoy the food here every time for the past three years and think it is pretty high quality for Chinese take out. My favorite part is the vegetables, which are fresh, crisp, and consistent per each type of dish (so you know they dont just give you what theyre trying to get rid of that day). Ive been ordering here for a couple of years and havent been disappointed yet. The meat is tender and tastes of good quality too. The only thing is that its not the best atmosphere to eat at since they only have a few tables but just eat it at home! The couple who owns the place are very nice and have two cute young daughters.

We ordered delivery. The food was overcooked, under-portioned, and we suspect some of it was well on its way to spoiling. When we called to voice our complaints, the child on the phone handed us over to a woman that outright laughed at us. This was not our first experience with Golden Stars food, so this wasnt just a case of different tastes as the woman claimed. Her solution was to refund us 10%: $3.00. The food was inedible and the customer service was atrocious. Given the plethora of other Asian restaurants in the area, I can only recommend avoiding this one.

Very friendly staff, and an adequate dining area if you want to eat in. They offer the standard fare of Chinese food, and preparation is as you would expect in most restaurants. The value proposition is adequately served. If you have a hankering for some Chinese food and are down that part of Route 8, give it a try.

Ive called twice to order food from here. Its not the greatest but what are you really looking for with Chinese delivery? The last 2 calls, I was told the weather and roads were too bad to deliver. There was less than an inch of snow on the ground. They are simply unreliable.

The servings was miniscule, ordered a quart but received a small plate. The fried rice wasnt even fried. Seems to be just boiled in beef broth. Recomend not coming here
