I have been going to this place for over 4 years now. My mother and I always go together and we used to have a blast getting coffee here. In the past the girls working here are super nice and do a great job. Weve even had chats with the owner, she is a really nice lady. but lately these two girls for months now has been doing such a horrible job that we are now starting to go to dutch bros instead because we dont want to deal with them. These two girl will give you a short straw, on purpose, if your order a 20 oz and up drink(the straw is so small that falls in the drink and you can hardly drink from it because its for drinks under 16 oz), will "forget" to give you whip cream and the bean that you ask for and will use the wrong milk. Overall, just so lazy. Now these girl have been training new workers and have given them these bad habit.Most of the time we dont say anything because we dont want to be rude, not wanting to be that costumer. But My mother has numerous times have ask the girls to give us longer straws, for the bean, and for the whip that we ask numbers of times. One time my mother pulled up for a coffee and she heard one of the girls whisper to another girl working, "oh shes going to complain about the straw. She HAS to have a long straw." It was so rude and my mother is still upset about it. I know it sound stupid to be upset about a straw but they have two different straw sizes and the short ones are now being put into large drinks and its very hard to drink out of and I shouldnt have write a review over this, but this has been happening for months now! I have been going to the Human bean in Boise now for years. And unfortunately when We visit Seaside The Human Bean cannot match our drinks at all. I just dont get it. Tasted terrible. And always tastes delicious in Boise everywhere I go. If it would have been awesome, I would have gone there everyday. And they were not that friendly. Bummer.

was told it would be the best mocha ever. not. 16oz cup I maybe got 8oz of milk and the rest foam and whip cream and it tasted burnt. not good. hate not getting what i paid for.

My fellow travelers beware. We visited the location in Seaside and ordered two mochas. Down the road we discovered that we ended up with a hot chocolate and a latte.

Espresso shots seemed weaker than other places. Easy to miss the entrance that is not on the main road - its at the back of the neighboring buildings parking lot.
