Decent coffee, decent snacks; rather more adequate than one might expect from a 24-hour coffeehouse. I like the fact that they have Kahlua flavor for their iced latte. Theres outside seating for smokers, though I agree with a previous poster - they could use heat lamps. The seating inside can be a bit full of a slightly obnoxious mix of students and suburban hipsters, but the crowded aspect can vary. The outside of the shop is charming, with a little man-made creek (you can walk over it on a little bridge!) and a fireplace. The barista service can vary in competence, like most service locations; I have had excellent service at all but one of my twenty-odd visits over the years.

Decent Coffee and food. I liked right off the bat that this place actually puts money into making the place nicer, over the past few years Ive gone here, mostly after midnight, they seem to be getting new seating all the time. The food is ok when you come during the day but its nothing a cafe would serve for the price. The coffee is decent but the pours are a bit light and the shots are a bit light as well, and have to ask for extra shots all the time to get that real good coffee flavor. On the other hand one of the only places that have over 20oz in house coffee mugs Ive seen out side of a few places like kobos in Portland.

My favorite place for coffee with something yum or lunch. They are one of the few coffee places that serve an excellent espresso in a real espresso cup and saucer instead of a tiny espresso in a large paper cup as I get in so many places! The pastries, tortes and cakes are outstanding as are the sandwiches. People working there are alway nice and friendly and never make you feel like you need to hurry up with ordering but tell you to take your time or offer advice about the pastries. I really appreciate their heated terrace, the friendly atmosphere and the live music! Im happy to have this place in my neighborhood!

I really like this place. It is far out for me as I do not live in the area. But if I am looking for a late night place to hang out, this is it. I do not drink and do not go to bars. They have a really neat outdoor water feature and gas fire with tables and great lighting. Inside are sandwiches and the normal coffee house services. I have gone there and the line was really long. One time almost an hour. I guess there was a local cultural event that had just ended and they all gathered back up here to reflect. It was packed!

24 hour coffee shop with a breakfast and lunch menu. Patio seating outside with beautiful water features. Sandwiches are made on fresh breads and espresso drinks are delicious every time. Favorites are the chicken rustica sandwich, the cupcakes (any), and the mochas. Great place to bring a toddler or a co worker for lunch! Also within walking distance of farmers market, making this shop a great choice for lunch when food carts at the market have long lines.

24-7 good service, hip and friendly atmosphere. Higher prices, but if you want high quality food, made daily and no day old stuff, this is the place. The only drawback in DT Beaverton location is the remaining smoking section. In winter time, some times the smell is sucked in. It should go away. Other locations are great too. I have been to all of them. Each has its own unique features, but pastries are out of this world. Must try them all.

Simply lovely, every time I visit my sister in town, I also come here. Great ambience on a sunny day if you get to sit outside near the waterfall. Inside the acoustics are kind of noisy and you feel you need to yell to be heard. But its great that theyre open till really late and they also have Wi-Fi so you could come and work on your computer if needed. Many lovely places to sit inside and out, throughout the whole place.

Why cant Ava get this place right? Beautiful patio area that is diminished by chronically foul smelling septic system issue or something similar. This smell hasnt gone away after periodic visits over a year. Also, the baristas, as nice as they are, have only the ability to make steamed milk. I gave up trying to get a cappuccino from them. The quest for a good coffee shop west of down town continues.

The products are average or above-average however I cant say the same about the employees. They are a bunch of young kids, probably their first jobs, and their inexperience shows. Most of them have unrefined skills in customer services, they are easily distracted, cant handle too many customers, and are overall very slow. Ultimately, dealing with the staff isnt worth the cup of coffee.

This place is amazing!!! Me and my friend went here for the first time and it is soo cool. As we sat outside we were just amazed by all of the cool things we discovered by looking around like a fire pit, beautiful fountains and flowers, and its open 24 hours! I would definitely take a date here in the future. This place is perfect and i totally reccomend it for anyone and everyone. :)

Ive only visited this place once so far: On the upside, this eatery is open 24 hours. However it is also extremely small with limited seats though there are some seats also outside. The sandwich I ordered was overpriced and I was quite unimpressed with the quality. I couldve made a better sandwich at home. The coffee was pretty good, however -though not great.

Being so close to Portland you would expect something halfway decent but the truth is, Beaverton has no good coffee shops. I really think the reason people like this place is because its very big, they have free internet and they are open 24 hours. Their coffee, pastry and food offerings are average at BEST. Costco quality muffins and bagels. Drinks are whatever.

Three key features of this Ava Roasteria: (1) Its open 24 hours a day (in case you get a craving for a 3:00 a.m. Latte; (2) theres free WiFi; (3) Hall Blvd is fairly busy through here but the water features in the outdoor seating area make it very pleasant to sit outside here and drink coffee. Always a popular spot.

Went in to grab a coffee in the morning, and the blonde hair lady( guess shes a manager) was giving me a attitude problem, and not even a simple hello when I approached the counter, the worst customer service ever, take my business somewhere where people are nice and friendly, never in my life have I been disrespected.

It okay for a cup of coffee but they usually dont listen very well and its very noisy inside. I havent been very satisfied with Ava in several years, only when I have a limited interaction and get drip coffee. Anything else is too sweet and not hot enough. They have other locations that seem much better.

Avas is a great place to meet friends or business associates. They also have tables reserved for computer users if you are there to work or study. If you are there at lunch time, their sandwiches and salads are excellent. A great alternative for those looking for a coffee place other than Starbucks.

I come here often but not for the coffee unfortunately or the pastries. They are both really mediocre. The atmosphere is great and I do love the fruit plates and some hot sandwiches. The best part is sitting outside during a warm summer day. Just grab a pre-packaged juice and sandwich and enjoy :-)
