Grocery store was well stocked and clean. Cashier was friendly. Prices were higher than I expected, but not higher than Las Vegas prices where Im from. There was ample parking for handicapped and others as well. The only gripe was that I was in a hurry and went through self-checkout. I dont live here so I dont have a giant eagle card. I input my moms info and apparently she didnt have one either. So, I had to take my items and get back in line at the only check out line available.

You have displays set up with buy 2 get 1 free and no pricing on any of it. So I walked around the store until I found the product and priced it out. $9 for ham on sale I dont care what brand it is is absolutely no value to the consumer you can say it cost whatever you want but $9 on sale for sliced ham is just ridiculous

Its a good grocery store. I would like to see a little better quality on the prepared foods. Other stores are able to pull it off, so I think it is fair to ding a star for that. I have found it well stocked and the employees helpful. Basically all I am looking for out of a grocery store.

Popular items are often missing from the shelves. I have resorted to ordering my Marley Lively Up K-Cups online (among other items). This store relies too heavily on self checkout registers and there is often a long line at check out. Also, the baggers mix raw meat with produce.

I am finding Giant Eagles quality has been decling but prices increasing. I try to shop elsewhere when possible, but I will say Giant Eagle almost always has what I need where as other stores I may have to look around a few places until I find what I need.

Goant eagles bakery is amazing! Not only does it taste amazing but I wanted a gender reveal cupcake for my fiance and they made it happen even though in waited until the last minute to get it! Very good customer service !
