CRAPTASTIC !! OVERRATED !! Just left this place.... Was OVER charged. Your sign for special pork loin says 15.99 You charged 16.99 Your menu for blackened chicken sandwich was 7.99 You charged 8.99 We said nothing as we simply left a lower tip. Sorry young lady...know your prices !! The waitress was crappy, the pork I ordered medium was very rare. Thanks for stomach cramps I now have. YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IS OVER PRICED for the atmosphere and quality if food. No thank you. Texas road house is a higher class, better food....and its a chain. Yikes !!

This is definitely a top shelf restaurant. The food was excellent - obviously a great chef back in the kitchen. Higher priced than chain restaurants, but fairly priced considered the quality. However, our dining experience was severely strained (and this isnt necessarily the fault of the restaurant) but we were surrounded by booths and tables with screaming babies, and equally loud adults. So - the 3 star rating is an average of two extremes: a great restaurant soured by an unpleasant environment.

We took out of town guests to The Pointe for prime rib. My wife and I had eaten there several times previously where we were extremly satisfied. However this time was a total failure. The Pointe was out of prime rib, and we waited 55 minutes for this information. Alternates were ordered and after a 15 minute wait we learned one of those dinners was not available. We were finially brought salads with out silverware. After a 2 hour visit we finially finished a satisfactory dinner. S. Ralston

I very much felt packed in like a sardine. The food was good, service was slow and the tables were so jammed in you could barely get to the bathrooms. I really hope a fire never breaks out in here and am surprised it passes a fire inspection.
