We went to Bouche Bakery for my birthday cake. I have Celiac disease, so everything must be gluten free. My husband had ordered an angel food cake from them (its my favorite!). We met the owners ... very sweet people. The two ladies have their own issues with gluten, so they are very aware of what ingredients can and cant be used. The angel food cake was so good! Couldnt tell a difference between the gluten free they made and the regular angel food cakes Ive had in the past. We also had a few other things because, well, who can resist? The French bread was very good and the ciabatta bread was awesome! Both disappeared very fast! Definitely try this place! Well be going back ... its 5 stars for us!!

$8 for bread, and it was so raw and doughy on the inside, that even toasting it didnt help! The bottom on the inside was 100% raw! It was so wet and gooey on the bottom. And ive baked GF bread alot before, so I know what its suppose to look like. It wasnt baked well at all. My son got a stomach ache right after he ate it. But I knew it wasnt baked, so I questioned whether or not he should have ate it, and I was right, he shouldnt have ate it! He got sick! I thought for a sec it was suppose to look like that, that maybe it was the type of flour they used. Nope! Ive been gluten intolerant so this is not the first time I bought GF bread somewhere, but Im not going back there..

Visited this establishment yesterday on their opening day. The service was prompt and lovely. The food was excellent. I would recommend to friends and family and will be back, Im sure. I especially recommend their bread and guava filled cupcakes!

These gals make their baked good so yummy. Tarts, cheesecake, cupcakes, meringues! And youd never guess they are gluten free. Heck, once you taste it you probably wont BELIEVE its gluten free!
