I have always gone to publix and enjoyed my shopping there . But today I was there and while checking out my cashier ask how much a pound the grapes were I told her that I believebthey were 2.59 a pound . She said are you sure my response to her was I believe so . She sent the bagger back to check in the meantime finished ringing me up .bThen she ask if i would pay for the grocery she already rung and then step aside and then pay for the grapes when he return.. I could understand this if there was a big line but there wasnt.. My response to her was just forget the grapes.. She said okay well forget the grapes.. Its. Not my fault that she did no the price . Ive never been treated rude at publix except for today.. Ive. Lived in Ft. Myers since the mid 50s and have been shopping at publix ever since you built the first one here in the 60s on 41 . Iam very upset

Awful deli service, whom ever was working Sunday night the 15th should not be working there!!! I asked for thinly sliced turkey and it was so thick I asked him to make it thinner then it was still to thick so I said can you make it a little thinner please, he said exactly this "if I put it to thin the machine will turn off" needless to say my turkey the 1.5 lbs. is to thick ($15.78) and my cheese was stacked like a 2 year old did it and I cant even put it back in the bag because its stacked all over the place, I had to put it in a big zipblock, Im extreamly disappointed for I drove to the Alice location only because I had an aweful deli experience at the Daniels location. I really wish you guys would train your deli staff. I guess I will be shopping in the morning like I did last Sunday because there was a manager working at the deli and everything was perfect.

This is my go to store as we live right around the corner. Everyone here is super friendly, so much so that I dont even like going to to other Publixs. They have just about everything most every other grocer has with the exception of limited amounts of Organic items and Grassfed/organic meats. Otherwise its pretty great

Went in a few weeks ago to grab a birthday cake for my son. The guy in the bakery offered to write something on the cake for my son and even offered to show me to where they keep candles which I would have forgotten if I he didnt remind me. Thanks bakery dude.
