The worst customer service ever. I went to get in line to get lottery and waited. The clerks asked me if they can help me and I said Im waiting for lottery. Then a guy just comes in and cuts me to get lottery as well. He finally notices that he cut me in line and lets me go. The clerk (miya) was rude and told me that shes not cashing out shes just doing lottery. I told her I wanted lottery nothing else, that I was in line and he cut me. She said I cant cash you out Im just doing lottery again! Is she deaf? No... she new with a terrible attitude. My boyfriend has dealt with her before and she was rude to him too. After the 3rd time telling her that i needed lottery she pressed the buttons hard with an attitude and gave me my tickets. If you dont like where you work then quit. Why do I have to waste my time with your attitude and bad work ethics? This place needs a clean up real bad, starting with her.

Always an issue at this place. Im not a critical person but... really? Why should I have to wait for personal conversations to end before I can check out? Why is it ok for employees to be on their personal phones at the registers? Why are register lights lit up and there is no one there? Why is it I feel like Im bothering them to do their job? I just want to "Get-n-Go"!!!

They are not open 24 hours anymore, only until midnight. Please correct this. Most all the GetGos have switched from 24hrs to closing at midnight (Bedford, Chagrin Falls, Garfield hts) Only one that I know for fact thats still 24/7 Is the one in Warrenville Hts on Miles and Richmond.

Do not use the car wash, pulled in, stuck sitting in here 10 minutes and no attendant, had to call the store and get them to send somebody out... The attendant that came out was friendly and did upgrade our wash so I just changed from one stars at three stars..

Usually one cash register open with a couple employees standing around talking to each other. After about 5 minutes of a long line one might decide to stand in front of a cash register. That person usually has an attitude because you made them do their job.

Food takes to long.. when all they are doing is dropping into the fryer ..smh and the cashiers are always having side conversations which is so rude.
