I want to apologize to all the people that think the our food is bad or our customer service is bad my name is mike one of the sue chef of the Anafe Im the one that receive everybody that comes at night to our wonderful restaurant to eat with a great sense of humor and a great smile always . Im sorry that the food something gets late to your house or our specs ppl find them to small but we are the only restaurant in New York that you will find good quality , taste and service so we get real busy for our small restaurant yes we are trying to fix our wrongs and we getting there so thanks to all our followers and supports the Anafe expresso !!!!!!!!!!!

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from el anafe at 2 am as they state they are still delivering until 3am. Delivery was confirmed on Grubhub and paid for on both occasions in advance. Orders from here usually take a long time, I waited over an hour this time to find the restaurant wouldnt pick up. My order did not come!! (For a 2nd time) I have also had deliverys where pieces are missing and no one cares. Terrible experiences!! I Will never order from here again. Spread the word the service is terrible. ordered my food from grub hub over a hour and a half ago.still havent received it. decided to call the number and the number is not in service..how are you a business that serves food and deliver but dont have a working phone number??!! i am highly upset. im ready to take a cab down there cause i spent almost 30 dollars.will never order from here again !
