Came in on my lunch break and the first person I see is the cashier sucking her teeth at everything, phone rings sucks teeth, her coworker didnt understand her say something sucks teeth, oh while she was on the phone shes rubs under her nose with her hand which has a glove on so I already imagine she handles my food... the place is dirty, while I waited for food I see people cleaning up tables from the previous diner, theres crumbs all over the floors.. quality or the burger gave this place the 2nd star... foods good no doubt, but the service needs to step up.. this is my 2nd time here I thought twice before coming in first time I was here I wasnt too happy either and after today I probably wont be returning..

Well yesterday my 17 year old son waited in line for 45 minutes, not a problem food is always great portions are always huge! Theres where it went south we usually order a medium fry because your people throw extra in the bag, we where really hungry and had some extra people with us the where going to pick so we ordered a large and we got what didnt amount to even a small will be thinking twice before coming back, sorry it really sucked when he got home. Oh and we come in at least once a week in one or more of you places! Have a nice night we didnt!

Five guys is not everywhere you go so whenever you see one its worth the try. The burgers are not any different from other fast food places. Theres nothing exceptional about them but I think its better to give it a try. The hamburger is good. One of the best thing they have is free peanuts! The line sometimes is long and the way can be anywhere between 20-30 minutes but like I said free peanuts!!! The staff is alright.

We spent 32 mins waiting for our 4 burgers and 2 fries. The employees were not capable of making the food, running the cash register and helping customers. One employee was extremely rude to customers and customers were not happy, a few wanted their money back. After our long wait, our burgers were overcooked and our fries werent cooked enough. Horrible experience. Will not go back.

Burgers are good. Its a step above your normal fast food. Free peanuts are a great side and good alternative to french fries. The fries are good though. They throw an extra scope in the bag so order a small and youll be fine. This location also just installed two Coke Freestyle machines. *Dislike:* Limited seating

Great burgers, you can taste the freshness. Best fries in the area. A bit expensive, but extra fries that you get makes up for it. If your order is ever messed up, just ask them to replace it. free peanuts. Staff may be a problem sometimes, thats why they get new workers every month or so.

The burgers tasted good, however I waited 15 minutes for the WRONG BURGER. They had the order correct on the receipt, and somehow still messed up. This is not the first time they have done this. Also, my fries were soggy when I got them. 2 stars are only for the burger itself.

If you need comfort food, this is a perfect place to go. Its right in the heart of White Plains, easy to get to from street parking of the nearby parking garage. Plenty of seating, clean store. The burgers are customizable and they give you plenty of fries, even on a small.

I love five guys. definitely my favorite burger joint. i get basically everything on my burger and some regular cajun fries. the cajun fries are amazing. the food is kinda expensive and the wait is kinda long but the food makes up for it. also....free peanuts.

Long waiting times and they will get your burger wrong most likely. They did it to 3 people while I waited 40 min. Fries were perfect so they got that right. Workers should learn how register works because they have no clue.

Standard 5 guys quality. Gets very busy. While I was there the frier broke, which I am sure is not a common occurrence, but it took about 45 minutes for them to finally decide we could get a 2$ refund...

Sorry to say we both had stomach cramps after our first and LAST visit. On top of that, the value wasnt there. Just go to a diner and order the twin cheeseburger deluxe! And no coffee!? Really??!
