Ordered food @ 7 PM (not a very busy time.) They said itd be here in about 1/2 an hour. Okay. Thats average. It just got here at 8:15. I live 10 minutes from the restaurant and theres no traffic whatsoever. The food is low quality and at this point its also freezing cold. The guy on the phone also spoke maybe only 3 words of English because he couldnt understand a single word on the phone after repeating myself at least 3 times, as clearly as possible.

I ordered food to be delivered paid with my card over the phone they charged my card ($26) and I waited 2hrs so I called the guy he told me they didnt even start making my food and its been 3 1/2 weeks and my money is still not back on my card he keeps telling next week this is becoming a problem i rather go to jade garden down the street better food and cheaper

Dvg wade this place has never accepted credit cards nor do they have the capability. Always been cash only. You probably work for jade and wrote a bad review here to drum up business but before you do next time get the facts straight about the business you write about. Number 1 is number 1.

Great prices. Delicious food. Almost not seating in restaurant. True take-out/delivery Chinese food eatery. Chicken us always white meat. Food is always fresh. Almost no gluten free alternatives. But plenty on the menu that is GF however impossible not to cross contaminate here.

Good food great prices. Delievery service suxs though. No heat in winter its takeout so doesnt realy effect customers but felt bad for staff wearing winter jackets while working
