Food was great, especially for a strip mall, the service on the other hand was abhorrent. I took my grandmother here, the waiter was repeatedly short with her and scoffed at some of her questions. Had this been all I wouldnt have posted this. His tip reflected his service, and after he had a chance to look at it, he came back pointing at the receipt asking if there was a problem with the service. I proceeded to tell him everything Ive written here, to which he stormed off, only to come back five minutes later, say he didnt need the tip and to take it off. I just about physically assaulted him. He proceeded to clear our table as my grandmother was still eating her dessert, and I was having a drink. Definitely not returning, but the kitchen doesnt deserve fault, hence the three stars.

Another China chalet and this one is one of the best store out there. The other 2 are garbage. The owner I believe his name is keith. A owner who will curse you out. I order a chicken with broccoli with his restaurant. What happen is there is a lot of corn starch. its slimy as hell. I want them to refund me back the money. However he refuse. He curse me out and tell me "If you dont like it dont order from us" I will not order from china chalet. Marking my words.This Place is garbage. Like real S***. The design are good. Do not judge a restaurant by its design. Its food.

Waiter was extremely rude so rude im writing this review before my food even came out. This is my second time i experienced a rude waiter. My waiter says his name was "joe", an wen i couldnt understand him an asked if he could repeat himself he did so with an attitude an raised.voice, almost condescending. If i could find roast pork buns anywere else on si id be there. Thank you

Food here is good. Service is usually OK. Been here at least 5 times already and mostly good experiences. The prices are good for what you are getting. I can safely recommend this place if you are looking for a nice Chinese restaurant in the area to dine in.

Tasty food made FAST. The staff are always pleasant and courteous. Tried almost all of the menu in the many years theyve been at this location and never had a bad dish. Excellent!

Kids enjoy this place but the staff is rude. If you want to sit and dine its also $10 minimum per person. Id go elsewhere.
