Whenever you walk into here you are greeted by a ton of staff and everyone is friendly. It reminds of how delightful it used to be to walk into ColdStone when they first started getting big. The dough is made fresh and pressed out front so patrons can see it. These are all Personal Pizzas and they are made to order. There is no personal pizza that is priced over $8.95 (unless you want to change the dough type up). The dressings are in front of you, very fresh and more than enough for you to choose from. Each stop of the way along the line of building your pizza the staff uses your name and tries to personalize the experience and build the relationship. At the end of the stations they put your pizza into a Brick Oven and it takes just a few minutes to make. As you are cashing out the team is very friendly, small talks with you and encourages you to sign up for the app. As you are eating your pizza the staff will check in on you. The only downside to here is the noise from the Retro above, but it isnt earth shattering. I worry that a place like this wont survive on Staten Island as there are a ton of people that will talk down about it because of their own stubborn reasons, but this is a solid meal and interesting concept.

As soon as you walk through the door everyone greets you that works there. All of the employees look professional and clean. Restaurant is spotless and even on a hot summer day although slow the employees never stopped moving to maintain cleanliness and professionalism. The free pizza I got is so delicious I will def be ordering again from this place. So many different choices on toppings plus salads ect clean tables and booths floor was spotless

place is very clean.. went with my Mom today for the 3rd time since they opened..we ordered a regular pie .. when we received it it was not cut so my Mom brought it up to the counter to have them cut it.. without any hesitation they not only cut the pizza but offered us a FREE PIZZA to take home my Mom said that was not necessary what great customer service..

Its okay! If Im going to compare this to most Staten Island pizzerias.... the pizzerias win based on overall taste and portion. Blaze pizza pies are personal pizzas. But when comparing this to the other chain pizzerias (Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc....) this by far is way better. Staff is great very friendly.

Was acknowledged as soon as I walked in which is important. Great concept and alternative to regular pizza that is very expensive these days. Superior toppings selection. Cant get any fresher than this. Nice staff as well. I will add this to my regular rotation of subway, McDonalds, Burger King, etc...

Trendy pizza place. The gimmick is that you can order your pizza exactly the way you want it. Picture Subway or Chipotle food assembly line. Im not sure what magic is in that oven. Dragon fire perhaps? But after you have chosen all your ingredients, they cook your pizza in like 2 minutes.

They were great when they first opened. The customer service, the food, everything was just perfect. It is no where near perfect anymore, no one greets you, employees have conversations with each other instead of working, my pizza was burned and had pieces of toppings I didnt order.

They have a location in Disney where I was introduced to Blaze and their Pesto Pizza. Amazing. The quality traveled with them from Orlando here...fast, fresh, and friendly. Without a doubt coming back.
