Waitress cant get our orders right. We order large salad. She gave us small. We order extra fresh mozzerella. She gave us shredded mozzorella cheese for pizza topping and she did not change the cheese until my husband get the attention of the manager. We also order chicken noodle soup. She gave us wattery chicken soup without noodles with a few chicken cubes. We are also given dirty utensils that I tried to clean with napkins but I cant removed the dried food scum on the utensils. The waitress told us that is was the people in the kitchen who made and prepare the food not her that is why she can not correct it. We decided to leave the place when one of the manager apologize to all the issues we encounter. He told us that we do not have to pay and that the food is on the house. We left the the restaurant without touching the food. When we were near to get to our vehicle the other manager came out and start cursing at us like an animal. He yell us "you fu?king people dont come back to my restaurant anymore." His animal behavior is not acceptable in this kind of business.

I had the pleasure of ordering from Mr Brunos while staying at the Meadowlands Hilton with my daughter. We were in town for a dance convention so the place was packed and as usual the hotel restaurant wa unable to handle an over booked hotel. I asked the front desk clerk what twas the best place locally and he suggested Mr Brunos. I called for a delivery of a large pepperoni. I was greeted politely on the phone and told 30-45 minutes. In 25 minutes it was delivered by a courteous young man and I took the pizza up to my room. The smell was intoxicating and upon opening the box was greeted by a true North Jersey/New York style pizza. The crust was well done and thin with a healthy "New York flop ." Here in PA you cannot get something like this it is all under-cooked and raw dough. Thanks Mr Brunos for spoiling me...now I cant accept any pizza from home and the local shops are upset that I ask them to give it an extra bake. Worth the time and $.

I hated this pizza. The service was bad. I ordered 2 large pizzas and the person on the phone hung up really soon and "didnt" hear us properly. We waited an hour and it finally came for $60. The pizza sucked and tasted really bad. Service-bad Taste-bad I do not recommend this place. I am never going back. Plus I just wasted $60 on trash

UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!! Do not eat here, every single time I order Im forced to wait at least 2 hours for my meal. By the time I get it its always cold, they ignore any and every request that you have so forget about being a vegetarian they will ignore any order changes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

Been to Mr. Brunos several times since they opened their newest eatery in East Rutherford and as one would expect, it is just terrific. Excellent food and excellent service. Also, I just love their casual friendly atmosphere.

The pasta dishes are amazing . The risotto roll was out of this world! The garlic knots were fantastic as well. Super clean and service was great! Definitely recommend!

One of the better slices of pizza in the area. Sandwiches are okay and the dinners are usually pretty good. They deliver but it usually takes a while.
