The serving sizes are despicable. They are big enough to fill an 8 year old, so you can imagine what they CAN’T DO for an adult. I felt like I paid way too much for the amount of food that I received. I wasn’t the only patron that had complained about the amount of food for the cost. Also I would never recommend anyone to this place if you have an ulcer, everything on the menu would prompt problem for you. The salad bar selections were the worst. They have processed can meats and some other items that are not labeled or identifiable. I am a person who does eat out often and I will tell you this has been the worst of the worst. There is a VERY LIMITED Menu selection. The BEST part of the experience was the waiter who realized we were not happy and provided a sense of humor to at least make us feel somewhat comfortable.

I am disgusted sitting having a salad at Ruby Tuesday at the mall with My daughter and literally sitting right in front of salad bar watching the woman come out to clean it and wearing no gloves taking all the fallen food and put it back into the bowls. I am absolutely disgusted and complained to the management said they would strip the salad bar... yeah right NEVER AGAIN! And said something to 3 employees and watch all them walk past the manage. And one proceedings to the girl you better put gloves on . So went to manager and he said it was unexceptable one of my favorite restraints for the salad bar with my daughter we where regulars and now we will lo for a new place

One of the Worst dining experiences ever. Waited over an hour for our food, everything was thrown to plate no matter if it was cold, way underportioned, or overcooked. Had the audacity to charge 2$ extra for a steak half the size of what I ordered. Asked for a split check and completely rearranged two simple orders onto the opposite checks. I dont blame any of the direct dining staff but perhaps a severe understaffed kitchen. Sat us so close to the door on a 18 degree night. The only good part was the cheese biscuits they gave us for having to wait so long. They were actually very good. Go to cracker barrel next time.

This place is extremely run down and unclean. The chair me and my mother in law sat in was wobbly and felt as if it could break at any moment. The tables are far too close together, which makes sitting uncomfortable. I lifted up the table cloth because my daugher spilled her cup and there was dry crusted food underneath. Yuck. When the server handed us plates to share our app the bottom two were visibly dirty with sauce or something. When we showed her she disregarded it. You over pay for bland food and the service is average at best. I will never go back.

Food was disgusting. Service was horrible. Spent $40 dollars here and still had to go to a different place after cause the food was horrible. Do not waste you time here at this horrible place. The bathrooms are disgusting! The waitress disappeared for one hour as we waited and almost walked out the door, before we saw her with our food. Do not give any money to this place and find a better place. I recommend going to Chilies acrossed the street from the mall in the plaza with bed bath and beyond. :)

They do not have a employee dress code so it looks like random people are serving you. My waiter was stoned along with a couple others. The hostess had a belly shirt on, which is not appropriate, we asked twice for utensils and condiments, food was over priced for what you get. THERE IS NO 15 FOR $10. It is just a hot mess in there, they need to get their act together.

I came here at 12:30 to have a rib meal I was told they where still cooking the kind manager offered me a free drink and sure the server was polite but came back 2hours later to eat and was told it was gonna be another 30mins came again after and was then told it was gonna be another hour I was so disappointed and wasnt expecting such a service

My favorite Ruby Tuesdays to visit. Conveniently located in the Galleria Mall. Excellent service and food is prepped well. When its just me I usually eat at the bar. My fave menu item used to be a 3-piece appetizer sampler which included hot wings. It was discontinued much to my dissatisfaction.

This place has really gone down hill from the last several years that we have been dining here. You can tell they are struggling financially. Very soon it will be another empty space in the mall. Oh well, back to the food court for lunch!
