I came with a group wanting the unlimited mac & cheese and because its on the kids menu we clarified beforehand if it was alright, they said yes so we sit down all expecting to munch out on Mac & Cheese but then she says were not allowed to get the mac & cheese BECAUSE WERE NOT 10. I made sure before we got a table that it was alright to get the kids menu mac & cheese and they have the nerve to say that were not allowed to get it. We were going to leave because of this but it was too late because we already got drinks and appetizers. The food is pretty good here but how are you going to lie to your customers? I always loved Red Robin but after this I will not be returning.

The Red Robin in Poughkeepsie has horrible service and are scheisty thieves! After accidently leaving a wallet behind and we had to then go all the way back there (a 50 minute drive) we come to find out that a measley $11 dollars was taken out of the wallet and they denied the whole thing stating that they dont have cameras at all to catch whoever did it. I would strongly recommend that no one goes there... Unless you want to wait an hour for service and get your money stolen! P. S. How do they not have cameras!?!

If I were to describe this experience in one word that word would be horrid. First off, the hostess lied to us about the kids menu, she said we could order the unlimited mac and cheese, but once we sat down our waitress said we couldnt. Its infuriating. Not to mention the root beer floats are only filled half way, so by the time I finished the float, I was waiting 10 minutes before I got another. I will not be returning to any Red Robin facility again. #LyingEmployees

My husband & I dined at Red Robin on Monday evening 8/3/15. Before I made it to the parking lot I was overcome with nausea. Once at my car I began vomiting. I spent more than an hour vomiting in the parking lot before I could safely drive home. Around 3am it hit my husband. Its now Wednesday and hes STILL vomiting! And there is no "contact us" option on Red Robins website...hmmm...wonder why???

Somewhere between Chilis and Olive Garden, the burgers are available in a dizzying array of choices which overload you with flavor rather than quality. As much sides (ie fries) as you can eat, which helps with that waistline. Service was friendly though inattentive, overall the food was definitely not bad, but just something feels wrong overall that I always feel at mass market food chains.

Found a Black hair in my french fry today and was told by the waiter that it was a towel hair and I did not agree with that comment. It was a human hair. The Manager came over to my husband and asked him "is everything OK" and my husband said "NO" and the manager again said is everything ok? and my husband said that I found a human hair in my fries.

My friend needed gluten free and dairy free options and not only did our server, Billy, give us heaps of help in deciding what to have, but he also made sure that all the individual items met the dietary requirements. Food came quick, and it was pretty tasty. I mean, its a burger joint, and we both got something great and healthy. Id go back.

Have been coming here since it opened and I must say this most recent experience is the best. The remodeled restaurant brings the environment up to date and the mixed drinks were absolutely amazing. Burger was great as well though I wish I got the bleu ribbon(my favorite). Overall excellent family dining experience. (5-4-16)

Service was slow very slow it was pretty packed but the chips were still messed up on my burger didnt have pizza so they need something weird for my son that was kind of a pizza but like French bread pizza hes a four-year-old and made it difficult for him to eat and it was a price meal probably my last time going on

I have eaten at this Red Robin restauarant about 5 or 6 times now. What can I say? The Bonzai burger is the best!!! And the fries are superb. My wife loved the grilled chicken salad! The wait staff has been wonderful. Our children are all grown now but Im sure if you have some, they would love it here, too.

Why does the urinal in the mens room keep flushing? During what was obviously a busy lunch we observed a manager sitting down to lunch and not bothering to see if everything was OK with our meal. My wife found a needle in the womens room. We heard loud yelling and carrying on in the kitchen.

Fun place to eat.. great courteous service... Just gets a little crowded sometimes... But hey perfect for families or adults.. Every staff is attentive to your needs... Been here literally more than 15 times in 2 years so I should know lol Also Great menu and prices...

Red Robin is one of the best burger chains around. They have a solid menu, with many options for all tastes. Sometimes the wait is long at peak times but generally you can enjoy a full meal in under 45 minutes. Check it out..definitely worth the trip.

Never again. Went for dinner on a Sunday. No draft beers. Limited bottles. Asked for one type and got something completely different. Burger was ok but the garlic parm fries were terrible. Used to love this place but now Ill never go back.

Service was horrible today. Waited half an hour for our food another team player served our food and kept checking on us. Mean while our server never came back after app and drinks were brought. Upset cause i love this place...Poughkeepsie

Food is generally good but it takes too long to get it. Especially during lunch hours you wont be out of here under an hour. We experienced that many times now and take that into account when we make the decision where to get lunch.

Was a terrible experience. Food was subpar, the gaming tablets dont make you aware that you are paying to play the games, appetizers tasted artificial and burger was cold when we got it. Lack of atmosphere and lack of music.

Horrible food! The burgers were so small and did not taste right. The fries were not cooked and were soggy. The pretzel nuggets were also soggy. And this is a burger joint . McDonald s has better food then this. Never again.

Service was great. Food; not so much. Maybe I chose a bad burger but I wasnt very happy. I looked the onion rings... the salted caramel shake had about a pound of salt in it though. I may have high blood pressure now

Order the Avacado salad but it was served without the Avacado and the addition of some foreign substance. Manager tried to argue that an Avocado salad without Avocados was how Red Robins makes their salads.

The service was good but the burgers were terrible went with my family of 5 ,.all the burgers were over cooked, very plain and flavorless, looked like they were just thrown together,.we wont be back!

Always pleasant. Always hood food. Only wish they hadnt removed hummus plate from the menu. The only way to check for allergies like gluten is check online menu while in the restaurant. Thats crazy.
