Lovely atmosphere, very open and large tables to sit with friends or stretch out and work. From the barista side, unfortunately it was awful espresso - very burnt and felt like the water temperature was too hot, short of the overwhelming burnt taste, the coffee had little flavor, granted I only had one cup, but I got the vibe that their espresso drinks actor largely to the milk and flavored lattes However, I picked up a bag of their coffee to take with me (Ethiopian yirgacheffe) and it completely changed my mind about their coffee. Whomever is roasting, I tip my hat to you. Although advertised as a light roast (yirgs typically are) it is infact a surprisingly fruity, clean, dark, rich cup of coffee with a driving black tea flavor. Easily one of the best Ethiopians Ive ever had.

This is the best coffee shop in all of Potsdam, and likely the surrounding area. I always enjoy stopping in for a glass mug of coffee or one of their espresso based beverages. Its a small shop, but never cramped or crowded. The baristas have always been friendly and talkative, as well as skilled. Music and atmosphere are just how a coffee shop should be. The shop also sells excellent, locally roasted coffee beans. The blends are varied and unique, and the resealable vacuum bag theyre sold in is great. Highly recommended for the local coffee enthusiast.

The coffee is good I will come here again. The barista needs to smile and when I asked the flavors he just moved to the side and pointed that was a chance to offer suggestion as I did not see the flavor list. Maybe I cought him on an off day.

Quick service. Interesting coffee options. Includes french press and pour over. Quiet and roomy. Plenty of space at tables to work. Chairs not that comfortable. Definitely attracts the college crowd.

Friendly place that you can catch locals and colleges students at. Buy a coffee themed gift too like a french press or have some baked goods and kombucha! Or skip the pastries and get a bowl of soup!
