A few years ago the employees were properly trained and when we would give our large order for 7 or more everything came out fine. For the past year Everytime we place an order the ice cream isnt mixed the way it should be for a cold stone ice cream and by the time we get out ice cream everything is melted and liquid and toppings just there. As each ice cream cup was being made the others that were finished were left outside on a countertop where it melted. Only until I requested to have the kids cup did the employee give our ice cream. Its disappointing and definitely not the cold stone experience.

Of course the ice cream is good, but the service there really sucks. I had an employee letteraly walk away from the register when my brother and I was next to pay. She just walked away and went to talk to her co-workers. I had to get loud just to get someone to come and ring us up. If people dont wanna do their jobs they shouldnt come to work.

went here today for a pre-made strawberry cake for a birthday party, was in and out in less than 10 min, had to have them write a message on the cake. cake made it home and was great, strawberries were so good and theres the right amount of cake to icecream. would definitely recommend.

I love Colds Stones ice cream. The mix ins are awesome and it had the right consistency always. Problem comes with the workers at this location. They barely listen to you and have to repeat yourself with 3 or 4 times. This location is pretty much always busy but its worth the wait.

Ice cream is great, shakes need to be consistent. Ive seen portions inconsistent from one team member to the next. Otherwise, this location is great!
