Love Five Guys burgers, but this store has some issues with the staff. They dont seem to care about good service. Have had several problems with calling in an order. Manager doesnt seem to care and have witnessed him being rude to customers. Employees wear gloves when handling/cooking food, but I have witnessed them wipe their nose while wearing gloves and pulling up their pants because they didnt have a belt on. None have changed their gloves after wiping their nose or putting their thumb in the waistband of their pants. I am astonished that anyone would think this is OK. Again management in this store needs to change. Have called corporate, but little has changed. I would gladly give them five stars if these issues are rectified.

This is a favorite of mine for burgers and fires. I love that I can order online and the food is fresh and waiting for me when I get there. They wont drop your fries until you arrive, so you never have to worry about cold soggy fries. Great shakes for dessert also. Unlimited free peanuts to snack on while you wait for your food. This location has a really great staff too. Always friendly and courteous.

Nice place nice people. I always go here and order few Burgers for my kids. For me I order nothing. But staf always ask me that u want to have drinks or peanuts while I wait. That is a very caring Employees. All employees are very cheerful and professional. I always recommend this burger chain.

Very disappointed with the service. Ordered milkshakes for the kids that they decided they didnt want to make. They acknowledge me waiting for them and they they still just stood around talking. Very disrespectful. I asked for a refund when the kids were done eating and still no shakes.
