Her seferinde musterilere fazladan para ekliyorlar farkedenlerle ise ozur dileyecekleri yerde tartisip hakaret ediyorlar. Isletme sahibi ise tam bir emek hirsizi; program yaptirdigi sanatcilara haklarini vermemek icin camura yatip cesitli mazeretler uretebiliyor, sayisi belli olan musterilerden olan geliri saklamak icin “odemeden yan kapidan kacanlar olmustur” deyip, elde edilen gelirin yarisini yok gostererek tek kurus odememek icin elinden geleni yapmaktadir. Only reason I have been there before was because of Hayal, singer. The place is filthy and management has no personality. They treat people as rude as they could. I wasnt gonna leave a review because I was nice not to but since people have been asking about the place I had to say something. Their food has no taste also they are over priced. As a foodie and a person coming from the business, I would never feed anyone with that food. Their fries are smell like the oil has been there for at last 3 months. I am wondering how the department of health is not after them. Management has no personality what so ever and also they are treating their guests so unfriendly. They think as long as they are in here, we made our money. Their mindset it over the money more than making guests happy. 2015 new years eve we (group of 10 people) were supposed to go after Hayal; where ever she would be and after I heard she was gonna be in there I cancelled the plans. That place is so unfriendly that I would never step in there. Their food is disgusting too. I would suggest you to look for another place. A Shame on them for using the name Istanbul and faking it. Do not go there!!!

Simply an awful establishment. The workers are inexperienced and rude. They add extra money to costumer’s bills, when they notice this they argue with the costumer. The business owner is a thief of labor. The musicians who have performed in the restaurant always have problems. The owner is a liar and gives various excuses for not paying the musicians. One of his excuses is that some costumers sneak out the side door without paying. Don’t waste your time and energy by going to this terrible restaurant.

Excellent food and service. Went with a large party and everyone was very pleased with the food, from appetizers through desert. When you look at the one star reviews, check how many other reviews they have had. ZERO. This place is the victim of someone hateful that has created multiple fake profiles to attack the establishment.

I was at this place with a few friends for the new year celebration. The food was okay but they served the food very late, I had to eat my dinner at 11 pm or 11:30 pm. There was dessert in the menu but I did not get any. The organization was unprofessional. I would never go back to that place again.

We decided to stop here after reading very enthusiastic reviews, but the food was not as good as we expected: we had Turkish ravioli and they were tasteless with still frozen yogurt, and kebab, which was too dry. The place is clean and the service is good tho.
