This was my first time coming to Donnas Diner and I will honestly say it will be the very last time. It has nothing to do with the food, which was okay or the prices which were fair. It comes down to the customer service, the WORST Ive ever experienced. We came in, were seated just fine. Ordered our drinks, one of us ordered what he wanted right away, me and my other friend took a few minutes to figure out what we wanted. Then came the issue. We were waiting several minutes for our waitress to come over and see how we were doing. When she finally did a good 30mins or so had passed. We asked for more refills. She remarked that they all worked together as a group and we could have asked anyone for refills, she said this an annoyed tone. However, NONE of the other few waitresses ever came to see how any of the customers near us were doing. They stayed near the front, gathered together and talking. We would have asked anyone if any of them were actually near us. She returned with our drinks and left, we were talking amongst ourselves trying to figure out whose cup was whose. Our waitress comes storming back and in an snarky tone says, "youre not going to figure out whose is whose, theyre new cups." We looked at each other, incredulous at her attitude. The diner had cleared out so the noise level in the building dropped. We could (very clearly) hear our waitress talking about us to the other ones! Then we heard us 3 being described as "socially awkward." So I say in a normal voice, not a hushed whisper, "Does she not realize we can hear everything shes saying?" We left soon after that. Me and my friend brought her baby to the car while her boyfriend paid the bill. I realized I had forgotten my bag inside so I went back to get it and met my friends boyfriend as he was coming out and he had my bag. I was relieved until he told me that our waitress told him we left a bag behind in an annoyed and pissed way. There was no reason, none at all for us to be treated this way. Our waitress may have been pregnant but that does not excuse the treatment we received! I could not believe it! If we ever want to make a stop for food on our way home again, you can be damn sure it will be someplace else where customers are appreciated and not disrespected in such a manner.

Im pretty fussy when it comes to eating out especially breakfast. I love waffles and have not found anywhere decent to have them until I found Mandys diner! As far as the service I receive ...its been nothing but outstanding! I will be trying dinners soon! Give it a try youll love it!

Stopped in here on the way out to Syracuse to pick up some friends from the airport. We had a good breakfast and would return again. The diner was sparsely populated when we came in but started to fill by the time we left.

Had some delicious eggs hollandaise there the other morning that were very satisfying. A nice atmosphere for a late breakfast after a night out! The waitress was super friendly and kept the coffee coming.
