Ive been frequenting this establishment since it opened and always had a good experience. I even have the "V.I.P. points card" that has rendered me several free meals. THATS how much I liked the place and up until last week. I typically order "The Wellington" burger with onion rings and the shake-of-the month with a mixed-flavored soda from the fountain. The 1st anomaly was that BGR eliminated the various soda flavors and went from providing the customer from 30 options, down to 5. The second anomaly was that my order took over 30-minutes and the place was almost empty. My burger was tiny and could barely be seen within the bun. It is supposed to (and always is) served on a brioche bun. Instead I received a sesame-seed bun that was clearly aged, brittle and stale, crumbling apart. For the exorbitant price of their food I expect it to be fresh and plentiful. This was not the case. I had to remind the order-taker TWICE about my shake and she seemed very bothered that she had to work. When I finally received my burger I was so disappointed that I requested to see a manager, who was quite helpful and had another burger made for me. This one had the brioche bun but the burger was literally the size of a standard White Castle burger, and with barely any flavor. I complained again to the manager and was given some extra points on my V.I.P. card. I used to praise this establishment as being one of the best burger places in Westchester County and up until recently, it was. The service and the food have descended abysmally. 5-Guys, BareBurger (in Hartsdale) and Samshburger all destroy this place. I do not see it being in business much longer and I hope it fades to black. Lousy service. Un-fresh food. Do not waste your time, money or taste-buds on this dump.

Dont waste your time at this bait and switch place. Imo the only thing good here was the sweet potato fries. I initially wanted to go to SHAKE SHAK and decided to give this place a try instead. Upon walking to the entrance, I noticed the movie offer they had right in the front. It peaked my interest since I wanted to bring my kid out to the movies in a few days. So I get to the counter and ask them questions in various ways to get clarification on if the movie tickets were for specific theaters or all. Each time I was told ALL theatres. ANY location. No expiration. I asked some more just to be clear and the answer was the same. So I get the tickets and what do you know...it is good for ONLY Showcase theaters which are few and far between. When I ask again after getting the tickets, suddenly its "No..not all...only the ones from that theater brand." Now I have to work out traveling plans for a place way out the way. Next thing...the set up. The professionalism was lacking and the area they served your food and took your order wasnt very inviting. The tables were cool I guess. My friend really like the lamb burger. The menu was tucked in the corner out of view from the main entrance so you wouldnt know where it was unless you asked, were familiar with the place already, or wandered through the place looking for it. Best to go to SHAKE SHAK a couple stores down and get your moneys worth or order a kiddie meal and call it a day. Hope the pics help

Ive gone here a couple of times and Ive never had a problem with the food or the service until recently a few weeks back. I came in during my break which I only have an hour, I order just french fries and a drink paid and went to wait for my order. The really sad part of the wait was the this was on a Saturday and it was a bit busy but even then customers who had order burgers and fries where getting their order and I was still waiting. I was even watching them as they fried loads of batches of french fries and yet no one gave me my order of french fries. When I went to go talk to one of the staff behind the counter to ask if I could just get my french fries and go the lady cut me off told me my order wasnt ready. I waited a few minutes then explained to her I just order french fries. it seem like I had gotten the girl who took my order in trouble but I dont know if you cant order just french fries in which case if that the case it is pretty stupid. After that they gave me my french fries I got my drink and went but by then my break was over and I had to rush off someone to quickly eat it. Over all that was the first time I ever had bad experience with BGR usually they are really good with the time they serve your food, I felt like I was pushed aside for my order while everyone else had gotten their, that no way to treat a customer let alone any customer. I definitely wont go back unless its my last option.

If there was a star lower than one. I would be doing this place justice. I could not believe the level of professionalism from the young lady at the register. I was there on 4/18 Saturday evening. While taking my order the young lady, was inputting my information while resting her head on her hand. I asked her twice to separate my order to go, and she stated that she did. I did not see that information on the receipt, nor did she speak to the other staff preparing the food. This lack of customer service reflects back on the entire organization. When the preparer presented my food. All of my items were in one bag. I asked the young lady twice about this. The second time, When I asked her. I knew she was lying. The manager had to adjust my order. The turkey burgers tasted like an Italian sausage. Horrible, one of the worst turkey burgers I ever had. My girlfriend and I did not complete our meal. My god son had the beef Burger, and that wasnt great, from his comments. Five guys and smash burger Eclipse this establishment. I would never eat in this place again. It was the only place that wasnt crowded. Now, I see why.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The location @ Cross County Mall in Yonkers is scheduled to close @ 10pm Mon-Sat. however, on 2 different occasions Ive gotten there and theyve been closed far earlier. On the first occasion it was a Thursday, I arrived before 8pm and you could see through the store front windows that they had already gotten very far into the evening cleaning which tells me that they must have closed by at least 7:30pm. On the second occasion, I was really taken by surprise because a Shake Shack had just opened a day before on the very next corner. It was literally a Saturday night, 8:30pm on a summer evening in a busy mall!!! One would think with a very competitive challenger such as "Shake Shack" an establishment would do as much as they possibly could to keep their regular customers and keep new customers interested in coming through the doors. I guess this BGR franchise doesnt need my continued support or new customers... Sad because the food was pretty good.
