Fabulous staff. The service was great. The baristas were friendly. Worst parking in the history of parking. It took me 15 minutes to even get a spot and everyone has to make a three point turn to leave. Lets just say there are enough Tom Hortons in this world can ever go to the Starbucks again. I wonder if the owner has any idea how much market share he is losing because of the idiotic parking situation.

Theres no doubt that this location does a ton of business, but across from it is the huge Fayetteville Town Center, with vacancies to hold more parking and a larger location. Im not sure why they dont take advantage of this. So it can be a bit frustrating if you get a coffee anytime after 8 a.m. because the lines are huge theres no place to park and the wait is very very long

I am a Starbucks girl through and through and this was the worst experience ever!!! Long lines, slow service, attitude and not enough manpower. Good customer service would have been to offer an apology. The wait was over 20 minutes. We travel quite a bit and Starbucks is my coffee of choice so that will never change. This place on the other hand may needs to make changes.

My husband and I buy coffee here almost every day and Im never disappointed. Im always sincerely impressed by one of the baristas, Marissa, because she is such a nice person and has such a positive vibe! Shes awesome and makes the most perfect venti peppermint mocha in the world! Keep it up and thank you for the changes to the space! Its a great place to come to and chill!

What was Starbucks thinking when they renovated this location? Parking is horrendous and the line moves sooo slow during prime hours of operation. They should have acquired and renovated the location at Rt5 and N. Manlius St. (former Friendlys restaurant) that Dunkin Donuts currently occupies. That location offers much better parking, and is an overall larger facility.

One of my favorite Starbucks in the Syracuse area. Their baristas seem to consistent and super friendly. Nice little outdoor patio area to sit. The only downside is the size of their parking lot. As you can see, there is much room to park, and people are always blocking other people. It can be a headache during a busy Saturday morning coffee run.

I LOVE Starbucks ! This one is in a bad location...access is difficult on the best of times and parking is always packed. Off site parking in the back on side street and then walk. Staff are friendly but most are untrained....check your order...mine is almost always wrong..WHY?

While I love Starbucks, and it has a great menu, this is a very small store. Very limited cramped seating for a coffee shop. Possibly the worst thing about this location is the aweful parking! Hard to get in and out of the lot and not enough parking lot space to meet demand.

Its a Starbucks so the beverages and items are going to be great. Its a convenient location to access...although parking can and will always be an issue. The store building is too small and really needs to relocate to a larger housing.

Super slow. Always crowded. Parking lot is too small. Always has an employee standing near the sandwiches not doing anything despite the long wait time for drinks. 25 mins later the drink tastes good.

Very nice place. They extended the building and it offers more sitting place. The only thing missing is that they do not offer Starbucks hot paninis such as chicken artichoke, etc.
