More than a bar, its a Croton institution. This is not the place for micro-brewed or gourmet beer, but if you want a taste of old Croton, this is the place to go. If you are a beer snob, they do have Spaten on tap if you want a good imported lager. The juke box has huge library of music for your listening pleasure.There is a dart board, pool table, and a vintage shuffle board if you are athletically inclined. Though this is the shrine of the Yankee fan, Mets fans are still tolerated. The bar does not serve food, but occasional they host events like the chili competition.

Good prices. Nice atmosphere. Chill bartenders. Pool, darts and shuffleboard. Its always a fun time at the Grandstand.

no food, but plenty of TVs for sports, and a shuffle board table. Emily makes a great Mule, and Manhattan as well.
