The sevice was OK. My boyfriend got the open faced roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes, gravy ONLY on the beef please? The food took a while to arrive. His plate was completely covered with gravy (kind of gross) especially when he was very specific about not putting gravy on his potatoes. His complaint mostly was that the meal was very bland. I ordered the Chicken quesadilla. I too was very unhappy with the food. The shell was soggy, and the peppers and onions were soggy and very greasy. I think that was chicken but it had zero flavor. It had to be eaten with a fork and knife. We did however like one thing that they make. For my appetizer, I ordered the "soup of the day". It was creamy beef vegetable. It had an almost stew like consistency, but it was very good. When our server asked how our food was, she asked if we wanted a new one. Was she kidding? Who in their right mind would want that again? I know that we werent the only ones complaining. The couple behind us had no problem announcing how terrible their food was. Its too bad. Theyve got a beautiful view of the Indian falls, but their food lacks flavor. As early as three years ago, they served some amazing food. What happene? Unfortunately..we wont be going back. I recommend this place for the view, but unfortunately..not for the food.

Our party of 5 visited last night around 7. The place was busy and we waited about 15-20 minutes to be seated. When at our table, we waited at least another five minutes before our drink order was taken. Eventually, we ordered our meal. On the menu it says something about "good food takes time to prepare. Order an appetizer while you wait." So we did- the loaded nachos. We waited about 20 minutes before even the appetizer came! The nachos were good and it was about another 10-15 minutes after the nachos before our food came, or at least 4 of the 5 plates. The portabella mushroom burgers were nice, as was the falls chicken sandwich. The last plate came about 10 minutes after all the others. It was a burger ordered medium and it was rarer than rare! Pink like it has sat on the grill for all of 2 minutes. We didnt ask for another because we had waited so long already. But we probably should have. Hes been up all night with food poisoning symptoms. Although the menu was nice, the service was HORRIBLE and the food nothing special. We wont be visiting again. Watch out for the burgers!

The location was beautiful. There were four in our party and we ordered drinks on arrival. My bottle of soda was warm and I had to ask three times before I was give a cup of ice. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and my friend ordered the nachos and my husband ordered the beef on weck. The food came cold the cheese on the nachos was hard and dried into a chunk and there was hardly no chicken in the quesadilla and scant amout of cheese not even enough to hold it together. It was pathetic I couldnt even eat it. I asked the waitress to send it back to the kitchen or the manager and ask if they would eat this item. When the bills came the removed the nachos from my friends bill but still charged me for the quesadilla. The service was terrible and the food was worse. When asked to speak to the manager about the quesadilla I was told that she discounted the nachos and had left for the day. I will never eat here again.....beautiful location to bad the food and service was terrible.

We live 45 minutes away so made reservations when we arrived they had set somebody at our table that we reserved we ended up being stuck in a corner near the basement stairs I felt like I was sitting in a closet no drinks or server for at least 25mins, food order was taken about 45 minutes in to arriving food was excellent but the service was absolutely horrible and seeing that we had to sit in this tiny little corner even after making reservations when all we wanted was the view extremely disappointed. Pretty crappy service considering there was only two of us. I work in the food industry and have never left a bad review but unfortunately they are very deserving of this , we came with great expectation and left extremely disappointed and very unhappy and may not ever return The place is completely understaffed and cannot handle the business , this could be a great place if they knew how to run it

Great cook, and kitchen crew. Josh is an exceptional kitchen mainstay, he offers not only tasty- but creative and organically crafted local specials. The bar is efficient, and depending on staff-affordable. Though, with newer staff, bar pricing can be slightly unpredictable. But, this gem of a restaurant is WELL worth the visit, especially with some time to take in not only the spectacular view- but also local company! Jenn, Ryan and David are remarkable tenders. Amanda is a great waitress and sets off the hometown feel of this lil diamond hiding on the best waterfall-viewed dining room in WNY. A must visit destination when in the area. I recommend the Potatoe skins made with Yancees Fancy Buffalo Cheddar (locally!), the wings (Arizona Ranch!) And especially the FISH FRY! Crispy, Flaky and no skin. Yum!

We went last night 5/27 for dinner disappointed. We ask for a table on the deck and we were told that they were all reserved. One table out of three had a reserve sign on it. We we sat at the table where the waitress put in orders and the stairs to the basement that was very busy with people going to get supplies. Ten minutes after being at our table people were taken to the deck without reservations. Our dinner came my husband order wasnt right he order fries got baked potatoe,the waitress brought him his fries and asked him to trade had him put the baked potato in a dish and she took it away. I hope no one order a baked potato. We wont be going back there again.

Its a very beautiful place but service was terrible and after waiting for over thirty mins for our food it was just as bad as service I had chicken sandwich that was over cooked and tasted awful so I took it off bun and ate bun and French fries when waitress finally came back to give us our bill she asked if we needed boxes when it was clear we didnt eat it never once did any one ask how our dinner was I wouldnt nar am I recommending this place for dinner thanks for listening

My husband and I found this great restaurant on google maps (by clicking restaurants nearby) on our drive back home from Niagara Falls. We loved the scenery, service and food! My husband had the Stinger Burger - he loved it and cleared his plate! Being vegetarian I had the garden burger and sweet potato fries and really enjoyed! If we lived close by Im sure we would be frequent diners here! If you come, try to sit in the back so you can get a view of the pretty Falls!,

This place was perfect for what I wanted. My husband and I wanted to grab some dinner, at an informal place, where you could still get some fine food. I got salmon (with a side of sweet chili sauce, since it comes with no sauce). My husband got the seafood bake which was rich and seafoody and just what he wanted. I like that the sides are coleslaw, macaroni salad and potato instead of the usual soup/salad. This place has a pub vibe but still low key. I really like it!
