Im a little frustrated with this location and its level of customer service/communication. The last three times weve ordered from this location the orders have been incorrect. Including: wrong toppings, missing toppings, unwanted extra toppings, and wrong side items delivered. The first two times we called and were told they were out of a topping/item and so theyd replaced it. I would appreciate it if they would call and ask before doing this. We were given a credit, which was good, but after happening for a third time we probably will not be ordering again. The food tastes good, the delivery drivers are nice but 3/3 strikes on food accuracy is too much.

How can they be so dirty nasty ...open a new store and back.of the house is nasty in two weeks. the fat nasty girl Denise needs to be canned. Linda the hahaha district manger that just as well .....well she should have be put in.jail for the way she treated customers as a manger. then get district. sounds like the same bunch that owned pizza hut delivery on mason street in the early 1990s ..the owner didnt even pay the utility bills. the gas company came by to disconnect the gas .....pizza hut there is a lot to tell about our pizza huts in.Harrisonburg va

Went to try and place order online, told me that I was not within delivery perimeters then when I called they said I was. After ordering 1 stuffed crust pizza which was a total of $21.00 (ridiculous), the person on the phone proceeded to tell me that delivery time would be 50+ minutes...also a additional .99 cents for one blue cheese dipping sauce. Only reason I followed through with the order is because I was pretty hungry and tight on time but I WILL NOT do business here again or recommend it to anyone else. Ill stick with Asian Express next time.

Called at 1045 asking if they would still deliver, said yes until 11. Called back with a large and valuable order at 1050 and was told it would negatively affect their computer system and they were unable to do anything. years in retail and customer service has taught me this is a lie used by lazy employees who shut down early ahead of closing hours. Unwillingness to serve polite and paying customers has lead me to my desicion to avoid this establishment in the future.

Have been buying pizzas here since it opened, allways ask for them to run it twice, new manager is rude and obviously doesnt know much about business since he refused to run the pizza twice and hung up on me multiple times. The customer has the power of firing everybody by simply taking their business elsewhere. So I called corporate to place a complaint, let them know that we went todominoes instead who was happy taking our $40 order and running them twice,e

We ordered pizzas from here and one pizza was not made right when we called back to tell them they were very short on the phone and they sent a new pizza to us and took the old one back and my husband asked for a half gallon of ice tea but when we called back they told us they didnt have tea they afford us a $10.00 discount on our next order but we wont order from them again.

I ordered a pizza it took hour and a half to get to me and I live 3 minutes away from restaurant delivery driver pulls up with 2 friends in car my pizza is cold as ice so you mean to tell me you are hanging out while on the clock and manager didnt apologize or anything for it i dont recommend you eat there

We ordered to go pizza and bread sticks. We were told 20 minutes has now been 30. The cashier has her friend in there on the outside of the counter but is to busy with her and the cell phone to pay attention to the customers in store.
