I call to place small orders only because I cannot leave the office alone as I am the only one here, and its way faster for me to place the order and go in and out to pick it up rather than wait 20 minutes for a bagel. I called Friday morning as I do most times, and whoever picked up the phone said "give me one second", forgot to mute the phone and proceeded to say "Ugh I cant stand these people". After that, she was rushing me off the phone. Honestly I love the smoothies but at the end of the day I dont need to be spending over $10 anywhere that I am not wanted. Im extremely friendly to the staff, always have been, so this behavior was a shock to me.

went here on 6/13/16 about 11;15am to get some food for about 15 co workers at the hospital. when arriving at the coffee shop some girl on grey shirt curly hair was stairing me down didnt say high or anything. made me feel unconfortable. i also feel like i was not welcomed like some of the other customers that were white. I classify this place as racist. I told my co workers we going to order from a diffrent place and to never go to this place again. IF YOUR A MINORITY OR PERSON OF COLOR PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! STAFF DONT WANT US TO ATTEND... HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

Cute little corner coffee house. Decent coffee. A bit pricey. Very slow Baristas behind the counter. My biggest pet peeve is that I get charged a different price for the same medium iced coffee by different Baristas. Im in there 1-2 times per week on my way to P.T. Ive said something a few times to the girls there and they look at me dumbfounded. I got disillusioned after a while and stopped going. Im hoping a Starbucks moves within the vicinity.

Nice place but the employees dont want to be bothered. Asked if they were open around 830. Theyre website said 1100pm. The chairs were up and it looked like they were closing. She said well if its slow like it is now we close at 900. There is a line behind me. We eat an average piece of cake and leave at 850. It was nice of the staff to mop the floor ahead of us. I dont think its minorities they dont welcome. It everyone.

I get it... Working on a saturday sucks. But, if your stuck working a saturday at least try to fake it. This was my first trip to Bay Shore Bean. Immediately i was put off by how unfriendly the staff was. I have yet to drink my coffee. Place looks nice, its a shame we dont have more coffee shops in the area. Ill come back and adjust my review accordingly after my brew is done.

Tuesday night open mike night filled with mother fathers and children comic full of sexual filth child protection services should have been called I complained to workers and was thrown out. It should be boycotted.Do not go. Police were called when I told others in shop about the events on Tuesday.police removed when I continued to complain.

The morning is the best time to stop by for a cup and a good laugh with their staff and the hilarious people that walk in. Calling their loyal daily customers "regulars" is irregular. They all add to the unique blend of humor and its never a dull moment! Come in, have a cup, and enjoy what can be the great makings of a reality show!

One of my favorite cafes on Long Island, has pretty good coffee but the real reason to come is the variety. This cafe offers non dairy milks, cold brews, cakes, wraps, juice, smoothies, acai bowls, and also sells local cookies, honey and peanut butter. Staff is friendly and interior is beautiful. Also open late and has live music

I am here on a Friday evening, working on the laptop, getting a jump on tasks and projects while slipping the local brew, house coffee. The background music is not so loud and distractingly overwheming, like someone else said here, its a nice place, cozy, easy going.

The Bayshore Bean is awesome! Such a warm and cozy setting. Great service and fabulous decor. They have about three couches that are usually available. With live music on Fridays and Saturdays, this place reminds me of Central Perk from Friends!
