Least bothered providing a simple hot pike coffee! The barista gave me a pike coffee which was almost cold. When I asked after a sip, he offered me to top up warm milk into my coffee that I already had milk because he do not have hot coffee to refill a new cup. Warm Skim milk or something that over flowing on my coffee cup tasted worse! Threw out and just walked out with no complaint. May be I am 100th customer in a day, it was my first coffee. Just a hot cup of regular coffee is what I asked for!

Good coffee, tea, other hot drinks, and frozen drinks. Unique items. Small choice of pastries, cakes, muffins, et cetera. You lounge here all day, reading a book or magazine or hanging out with friends. Nice warm feeling. Expensive. Staff is extremely friendly.

Ive had more good experiences than bad but it would be best if all employees were on the same page wirh their coffee making skills... some baristas are on point others have zero clue about what they are doing. Other than that, its a great experience.

So far so good...Visiting for the holidays, been here at least 5 time, and has been the best starbucks for me within a 5 mile radius, will continue to keep coming back to this location due to the consistency of our drinks. Thanks!

They get high marks for having genuinely friendly, helpful staff who gets your order right, pays attention to customer needs and makes helpful recommendations. The key is knowing when to go...this store can be very busy at times.

Its packed for a reason, the customer service is bar none. Getting a beverage here is as close to perfection any time of day as it gets. The staff is always entertaining, the decor is flawless, and the music is always calming.

Its Starbucks, nothing exciting. Really slow service when I was there. Was told because I ordered something with espresso and that takes a while longer than the other drinks... First time Ive heard that one :-/

Standard Starbucks. Im not sure if it was the time of day or if they are understaffed, but when I went there the line was long and it took 30 minutes to get a couple of ice coffees.
