Nasty, obnoxious "workers" who ignored me and took the order of the person in line behind me. And then they take your order and you wait forever while they fill the orders of people in front of you. Maybe they dont like the way I look? And then the workers are rude and abnoxious. I asked for my money back. I will never visit this hell hole again. One star is too much.

I went to this starbuck and i paid with $ 100 bill and was given the most nasty attitude by the woman over paying with a big bill i was told dont come here with big bills because i wont be served i told her there is no sign posted that i cant pay with big bill she kept mumbling under her breath youd think i did something bad i wont be going there anymore

I cant necessary that the staff is rude - because theyre not rude. But dont expect a friendly, warm welcome either. As a customer, I always say "Thank you." even though it should be the other way around. I actually have to remind myself not to because theres nothing more insulting than saying thank you and getting the "Yea, whatever" look as a reply.

Ive never had a problem with an order. Always well prepared and customizations done properly. Just be prepared to wait. Lines are very long and mobile orders seem to take even longer. The parking lot is not well laid out. Share with CVS and bank. Definitely need patience for the whole experience. Havent found another Starbucks in the area.

the Barista Christine is very rude and racist has no manners whatsoever , she gets annoyed when a customer does not speak english very well and makes them feel bad and gets an attitude making the customer feel bad that they can not speak English. another barista understood the person very well with no problems

i ordered a venti iced blonde roast and the lady said they cant do that, but they could for pike which was mind numbingly stupid. im guessing the blonde roast beans would just hop off the cup if theyre blended with ice. smdh also, ive been ordering that for years. first time i heard of this nonsense.

Theres one woman in there who gave me the nastiest attitude bc they didnt make my girlfriends drink right and I was so polite and nice and she screamed at me with an attitude bc she had to add 4 pumps if vanilla syrup to both of her coffees. Id sooner travel elsewhere then to go back there.

Always a very pleasant Starbucks to go to. One of the best in southwestern Long Island to drive to, and plenty of parking. If youre coming off the Southern State Parkway, watch out for the left turn into the lot since there isnt a left turn light there.

This place has a wait of at least 10 min at the very least 6 employees behind the counter and you still need to wait. They got my brewed coffee rite after 2 years of saying no room they gave it to me full. So there is light at the end of the tunnel.
