I tried this place for the first time on a recommendation. Wont be going back. Growing up in Essex County NJ has set my Italian food standards since the 70s. I moved up to Sussex County 4 yrs. ago and still have not found good Italian food. This place boasts authentic.. Ummmm NO. Pizza was not good. I ordered the basic chicken parm dinner and I was again disappointed. I mean why is it so hard for these so called authentic pizzeria/restaurants to actually make their chicken cutlets homemade? The breading is so commercial you might as well order from Burger king as the breading is terrible. The chicken cutlets are definitely pre made from a food distributor. I dare not try anything else. Prices were high for low quality. I have had better Italian food in the Poconos. Good thing thats all I had or this review might be many pages longer. Ill go back to my roots for future Italian food cravings. Or just have my wife make it.. Her food is well above any place I have tried up here. Very disappointed!

i ordered a pollo italiano dinner. all i got was a few slabs of chicken with tomato sauce, olives and mozzarella. it came with nothing described on the menu. it was so flavorless that i decided to place another order. this time i ordered a bianca pie from their menu. a bianca pie is a cheeseless, sauceless pie. i asked for the basil, tomatoes and olive oil version with an additional topping of roasted peppers. i got a regular pie smothered in mozzarella cheese. no basil. last time im ordering from here. im a local and the quality of the food has really plummeted. too bad.

Used to love this place. The pizza really is great. But the prices, not so much. We found out we were being swindled by the owner. Turns out a Sicilian is $14 - on the menu, on their website AND even on the sign over the counter. But every time we were getting rung up, we were getting charged $16. Whats the tax on $14? About 98 cents. So either this guy is running his own game, or somewhere along the way he forgot to update his prices. Watch out at the counter. The staff dont seem aware of the "fixed" prices, but you sure get some funny looks when you call out the owner.

We stopped going here because of the service. Orders were routinely brought incorrect and staff were angry that they were inconvenienced by having to get it right. Their food was always excellent but incompetence will not be tolerated.

Awesome low carb pizza (pesto & sun-dried tomato) for lunch and (shrimp scampi) for dinner. The best part is the counter help, phenomenal conversation and laughs. Thanks Cada Mia!

Terrible food. Over priced. Dirty facility with flys everywhere in the summer including landing on food they then serve you. Worst pizza in sparta. Bad Bad Bad avoid at all costs.

Excellent excellent food at surprisingly good prices. Dining room is really small, but quality of food makes up for it. Also its byob so dont forget to bring a bottle of wine.
