When I first moved to roselle I ordered from here that was 2 years ago, it was the worst chinese food I have ever tasted....They have a horrible woman taking orders that you can barely understand and she is so rude, no kind of manners....time passed and I recently ordered again....WHY!!!!...Same horrible woman on the phone, can barely understand what she is saying and when I asked her what she was trying to say she started yelling.....The delivery guys are nice but the food is still the worst in roselle. I dont recommend this place to anyone, specially when there are 3 other places within a couple of blocks that not only treat you better but also have fresher better tasting food. AWFUL PLACE.....

Nasty food! And the customer service sucks! When I first moved around the neighborhood I ordered food from this place, they got my order completely wrong, I ordered 4 chicken wings with fries, they brought 4 orders of 4 chicken wings with fries, the dilverey man argued with me For me to pay for all 4 when I only ordered ONE order, he threatens to throw the food on my lawn! So rude and ill mannered! And to top it off the food was GROSS! Ill never eat from this place again!

The food is really great here and the servie is super fast, however I dislike the fact that they refuse to except card payments over the phone; in order to make a card payment you MUST come into the store. To add insult to injury the lady that takes orders can be really rude especially if you ask about card payments. If you have cash the food is good as well as quantity and quality, but they need to work out some kinks.

I agree with the other one star review. This restaurant food is terrible and they seem to not know how to cook. I ordered "butterfly shrimp" and it was nothing like what I been eating from other chinese restaurant. First, the shrimp was not jumbo size but small, there were no bacon, and they added ingredients that were not suppose to be in it, like mushrooms, carrots and a few other things. Never, Never again!

Me and my friends went to China Moon in Roselle and it was a blasted. It was the best restaurant I went to in years. The food was fresh and well cooked. The lady in the front that took my order was respectful. She waited on me to decide what I wanted. She waited 10 minutes for me to decided what I wanted. I recommend you trying it for the people that didnt. I bet you it will be the best food you have in a while.

As much as I like eating Chinese food, if China Moon was the only restaurant left on Earth, I would quit eating chinese food. I know some places are usually rushed on the phone but to take my order, not call or deliver, then I call two hours later and she says "he couldnt find your house address with no call and just hung up on me. No way.

Great food thats inexpensive, fast, and has hearty portions. They also have a menu that is separate from the typical chinese restaurant, with spanish style food. However, I always order the same dish (General Tsos or Terriaki Chicken) because theyre so good. Enjoy!
