Coffee is good but the personnel are rude. I purchased what was supposed one of their $1.69 refillable travel mugs for $7.99 and the clerk at the drive-thru window who waited on me asked specifically if I wanted ceramic or plastic mug. I opted for the plastic. I took the mug home, washed it and returned today for a refill. They charged me regular price and when I told them I was told when purchased, nastily responded that only the ceramic mug is part of that promotion and unless I had my receipt I would be charged full price for any more refills. Who on earth keeps receipts from a drive-thru coffee? My medium coffee in a plastic mug cost over $10. Ill be going to Dunkin Donuts from now on!

A great selection of donuts and pastries! Really, much better than others. The staff is friendly and fast, although there may be a quickly moving line at peak times; this place is unbelievably popular - until you try it. The coffee is good, a great middle ground between the over roasted Starbucks and whatever it is that Duncan calls coffee. (DD coffee always has a bit of extra additive like flavor, to me.) Tim Hortons coffee was excellent and I drink mine without milk or cream and such. It pared well with the donuts. We split half a dozen and shared each of those. They were great! Maybe too good, they went quickly.

Best local coffee shop! Coffee is better then dunkin, start bucks and 711. The fact their donuts are real cake donuts blow any place out of the water at this point. Their sandwiches arent to bad but the donuts are the best! Staff isnt the best aside from one girl shakiya who always makes my coffee perfect and each time I see her 8:00 am or 1:00 pm she is always smiling. I tend to go only when shes working because Each time its her its always what I order un like some staff, who repeat my order and still mess up! Over all coffee and donuts are perfect! Love me my tims!

This is the Canadas donut chain donut shop and the only one in the area. First impressions at 7am, the place is well kept and donut display more than appetizing. I went with a cup of coffee ans gnutella donut. Overall both were good. Im under the inpression they make donuts on premises since its a big building and there are no other locations in the areaI would definitely come back to try out the other products. The only downside is the location, its right next to the summerville circle, even with gps, i missed the turn three times since its a busy area.

Stupid. I went for a breakfast combo which came out to $7.58 for a sandwich, a hash brown and black coffee. This in itself is ridiculous. The food was good but not worth almost $8 from a drive through. This put the place at 3 stars already. Why 1 star then? The coffee cup was so poorly designed that with the lid properly closed (I checked and re-checked), it was still spilling hot coffee all over my hands and clothes. My outfit is now ruined and I had to stop on the side of the road to throw out the coffee. Will never return. I hate Canada.

I was there when it opened this morning. The service was amazing and friendly. The manager came over to say my hashbrown would take 3 more minutes if Id like a donut instead for free. I thanked him and said 3 minutes was perfectly fine! Hasbhrown came out in less than 2 minutes! The coffee, and breakfast meal I had (#2) was PERFECT! AND for opening day, if you ordered a dozen donuts or a lot of Tim Bits, they gave you a free ceramic TH mug! I was going to buy one anyway (it was in my hand), so this was a SWEET surprise!

A wonderful addition to the local area - we loved Timmys while traveling in Canada for work and play, and love it again here in the Bridgewater area. A good step above Dunkin Donuts in quality of both baked goods and coffee. Its still honest donut shop coffee, nothing fancy, but good when you need just that. And If theyd bring in the chocolate-sour cream Timbits that were special to the Maritimes, all would be perfect!

Im addicted to Honey Dip Donuts and Timbits! As for Canadian Maple, it sticks to the bag completely. Wish they can design a better bag so that they dont stick. Why doesnt Dunkin Donuts make good donuts as this!? Sorry, but I prefer this kind of coffee over Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. Its just my taste, not too strong or intense. No WiFi at this moment, hopefully they can set it up as soon as possible.

New Jersey - you got some splainin to do! I have never understood the ubiquity of Dunkin Donuts in NJ. The stale donuts, the bland coffee, the regrettable bagels. So, it was with great anticipation that I visited my first Tim Hortons. Some reviewers say Timmys is "the Canadian version of Dunkin", and Im pleased to report that they are wrong (yes, YOU ARE WRONG

Probably the only drive through coffee shop in Somerville / Bridgewater area. Being a Starbucks fan, I can appreciate the good coffee TH serves. They have better / tasty variety of snacks that will get you high on sugar (but who cares, once in a while just enjoy). Clean and contemporary interior/ambience. Like it and will definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing place!!!! Donuts are fresh homemade and have such an interesting twist. I brought half a dozen an hour away just to have my relatives try them. They were hooked as much as me. Food is great, people are so friendly. If they were more stars to give this place I would!

Excellent service!! Friendly and engaged staff! Love the Coffee and donut and bagels. Especially the Jalapeño bagel! Third visit and still loving it! Good and clean ambience. Modern interior decor reminds me of some more expensive cafes in NY. Best of all its in my neighborhood!

Honestly, this place is pretty good! Decent coffee! Great donuts! Food isnt bad either but I say stick to the baked goods. These are the best donuts in the area. Nice maple flavors & seasonal donuts. High sugar content. Good for a treat. Clean interior. Prices are not too bad.

Great experience. My only critique would be WOW, watch out, HOT COFFEE. Took me nearly 5 minutes of constant blowing before it only slightly removed the top taste buds. Generally speaking I was pleased by the whole experience. Especially like the tall tables for my long legs.

My first visit to TH was a little disappointing. I decided to go with a donut that I ended up not liking. Since you cant judge a place on a single visit, we returned and it was amazing. The food was great, the restaurant was SO CLEAN and the staff was incredibly amazing.

Good selection, but their menu is confusing. If you ask for a combo, it looks like you get a hashbrown but you actually have to ask for it and pay $.50. Tried both hot breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Its all fine. Coffee is just ok. Not sure I get the hype about it.

Im a big fan of Tim Hortons for I live near the Canadian Border. Its nice to see one when I go traveling. This one in NJ is really great. They got our order out really fast despite the heavy traffic. Very nice looking and clean. The workers are nice and accommodating.
