Have been here before and it has been great service, but today unfortunately there was an employee that was rude, and inattentive. She was more concerned being on her cell phone texting then attending to customers. Also as a frequent customer I come for hours to get work done and never have had an issue using the restroom, this time around said employee refused to let me use it stating "they dont have a public restroom" very annoyed with the service considering the coffee isnt cheap at all

Simple Coffee is simply great! This brand new coffee shop has a fresh look, great coffee, and a very friendly staff! Also has a very respectable pour-over that I highly recommend.
