Every time I go there Ive noticed that there employees seem very rude towards Caucasians. Not only myself but Ill see others like myself just standing there waiting to be helped while the 3 workers behind the counter who are spanish will all be helping the Spanish customer all at once rather then helping the people standing around waiting for there orders to be taken. On top of that my order is never correct. Ill see the paper that they write down my order on and it says exactly what I wanted but I wont receive what I ordered. What kind of place is this where Im being treated in a racist way in front of my family and kids. I never see the owner there and I feel if he was there it would be run in proper humanitarian way. I will never go there ever again and I suggest you never bring your family and kids there or you will feel the same way I did leaving that place.

Just went there for St Patricks day today and ordered a green bagel. They gave me a multicolor one and then when I called they asked me to bring back the multicolored and they would give me a green one. So not only would I have to go back and give them back theirs I couldnt just send my husband who was already out or he could pay for another bagel. Also they dont give a price break on half dozen or dozen bagels so 7bagels,1breakfast sandwich and 1bagel and cream cheese was $15! I thought that was a lot

never really crowded when I go so the service is not bad love the Bagels I go in the afternoon and the Bagels are still good other bagel shops I have visited that the Bagels sit around are hard and stale and for 1 a bagel they are certainly of good size

They make my bagels just how I like them. Big and doughy. I love bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel from them. Or any kind of bagel for that matter.

I really like this bagel place, it is close by and a bigger place. I would say this and Alpha bagel are a tie.
