I visited this location last night. I ordered a regular zin burger mediem well. When I took my second bite into my burger I noticed the party was very soft and tasked wired. When I took a look at the patty I saw that it was very red. It was barely rare. I asked the waitress about cooking my burger longer. She gave me a attitude. Then the manager came over and explained that red meat was their medium well done. They did give me a new burger that was cooked according to them " mediem well plus". The rest of the time I was treated poorly. I will never go back to any zin burger again.

Its a very simple place and menu; burgers! Ordering sides like fries is a separate item and charge, which is odd, but I have to say after two visits, its delicious. The Kobe beef is amazing, and they cook it just as you order it, no mistakes. . The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cooks salt the meat very heavily. And considering how important the meat is, its unacceptable. You need to take a break halfway through because the salt gets to you, but even despite that, I would definitely come back.

Good food. Poor service. Waitress got the order wrong. When approached she did not come back to let us know it was being fixed or how long it was going to be. Finally manager shows up with the order and all of them were unapolegitic because they kept saying "well take care of you". They need to realize that getting a free burger does not necessarily fix a poor experience. Staff needs some training on how to empathize with the customer !

First time there burger was real good but service was just OK Im in the business of serving people & u need 2 b attentive our server/bartender took our order & we never saw him again not good I guess they pool tips which I dont like service sucks u r better off on ur own more attentive cause its ur tip think about that much better service may go back but not impressed expensive 4 burgers

Attempted to have dinner at Zinburger a week ago. Waited for an hour for food to come out. Finally gave up and left. Waitress was completely useless. So was the manager. Neither attempted to remediate the situation somehow. This place used to be excellent. But for the last 3-4 times I took my family there the service got progressively worse. NEVER coming back to this place again.

One of my favorite spots to have a meal. They never disappoint. Im very picky with the way my beef is cooked so I always ask for well done and pray I get at least medium well, as most places never cook it through But zinburger ALWAYS makes my burger to perfection. Theyre shakes, loaded dries and their selection of wine is always on point. Cant go wrong when eating here.

Surprisingly good burgers and fries. The wine selection was pretty good though a bit sparse. The beer selection was small, think Sam Adams and Stella. The burgers were very good though, not the greatest Ive ever had, but on the very good side, especially for the mall locale. The truffle fries were very good, especially the aioli. Service was ok, but nothing special.

Burgers, shakes, wines, you name it. A place like this in the mall feels like the future. HDTVs above the table show all sorts of footage from various sports channels, making this a great place to hang out, especially for Super Bowl Sunday. Prices for foods and drinks may be a little expensive, but customer service is good and stable.

*sigh* I ordered a Samburger well done, and get beef that is bloody red. What kind of operation is this? The Zinburger in Clifton is a much better location, and they actually give you the burger the way you order it. I dont think its too much to get a burger the way you ask for it.

Made us wait well over an hour for our burgers. Then we finally got our burgers and it was disgusting. Both of them. Tasted like they cooked it forgot it, then reheated it. They assured me they didnt do that. Horrible experience

LOVE Zinburger at Garden State Plaza! Very good service and excellent food! In addition, the bathrooms are SO clean, as if they have never been used!! EXCELLENT, is an understatement for this place!!

Food was good. Nice atmosphere. Yet, my waitress was weird. Maybe, I was unlucky. Berger and smoothie was just so so so great. My son had mac and cheese, which was also great. Yummy!

Ravenswood old vine (Zen of Zin) is excellent, Green Chili Fries are awesome, Jalapeño burger is great medium,. Bar is the best place to sit and Sunday is half price bottles of wine.
