So I went to this place for the first time and I ordered a Lunch special (Broccoli w/ garlic sauce) which comes with a choice of rice and soup. Now the lady asked me if I wanted pork fried rice with my meal and I said “No, I want plain white rice, no meat”. Then she asked me what kind of soup I wanted and I said Hot & Sour soup because I know from general knowledge that normally Hot & Sour soup doesn’t have meat inside it (however at this restaurant they put Pork in their Hot & Sour soup) Given the fact that I had already mentioned to her that I choose the plain rice instead of pork fried rice. She could have mentioned to me that I the Hot and Sour soup has meat inside it. Not only that this restaurant was completely empty during lunch time and they still took 20 minutes to make my food. Normally they take 10 to 12 minutes max. Horrible service and stupid staff. I wouldnt even give it any stars. Never going back there again.

Pretty solid Chinese takeout or eat-in. Cons: Not the cleanest place in the kitchen. In addition, my orders have been wrong on a few occasions. Pros: Service is decent. The people are fairly-friendly. In addition, they get the award for "Most Improved" for any restaurant Ive frequented. I used to not like Golden Sun very much but in the last year or so theyve really stepped it up- the restaurant itself is way cleaner, theyre pretty quick about delivery, and theyve even done me the courtesy of letting me order a few lunch specials during dinner. I was also very pleased to see that they give a free small order of chicken wontons with a dinner order. Overall, its solid. I recommend going there if youre in the area and you need Chinese takeout. They do all of the essentials well. Of course, most takeouts not fantastic, but Im not particularly picky so long as it tastes decent.

I feel like while i kinda wanna it a secret cause good service and great tasking food is a bit hard to comeby, i will say we love the food here. I hVe been allover and this reLly is the best i think Ive had yet. Just dont overcrowd and take away the experience you will wait a bit longer here but itxs so worth the extra few minutes in my opion.

Ordered food this evening for the first time. It was excellent! Szechuan wonton was super, broccoli cooked perfect in my wifes dish; Singapore Mei Fun was great. Even got an order of fried wontons that were not over done, but cooked perfectly. Best Ive had in years. This was a great experience.

The food was decent and the place was clean very clean kitchen and eating space, the girl at the register was also nice smile and give you what you needed not like other Chinese places I been to that are so cheap and dont want to give you extra sauce or forks my first impression was good
