History note: Next door at 12 East Park Street stood The Palace Chop House. Headquarters of the notorious gangster Dutch Schultz. On October 23, 1935 Schultz and three of his gang members were ambushed, shot and killed there under orders from Charles "Lucky" Luciano.

The Asian and Hispanic women who take the orders and work the cashier are so temperamental. Depending on the day they can very sweet or just extremely curt and nasty to you. The food is often greasy and if you have a sensitive stomach, it can make you sick.

Their smoothies are to die for! Great way to stave off the summer heat. I also highly recommend their chicken quesadillas and grilled chicken salad!! Great summer eats!
