The employees were awful. The one guy was rude and butt into my conversation, the other guy was fat and disgusting. He was making garlic knots without gloves and the dough kept touching his dirty shirt. It was so gross. The girl was nice, but dumb, she just expected us to know off the top of our heads how much the price of our food was with tax. We actually had to ask her how much the total was and she had to go back and figure it out. Were we suppose to guess the total? To top it off we were sitting there for such a long time and no one ever told us our food was actually ready for a while. It was just sitting there until we got up and asked if it was ready. The meal was actually pretty good though. So the morale is bad service, pretty good food, but who knows how many germs went into making that food.

Omg the lobster ravioli is amazing!!!!!!!! The only thing is....u better call ahead if u not dining in. If u walk up and order...be prepared to sit all day for your food. One time I ordered....they came out wit my food and aint say nothin.::had the mess sittin on top of the oven...Im sittin there waiting for them to say "maam your food ready"....one of the waitresses seen me sittin there for three days straight finally checked up on me and went in the back and got my damn food. I would say its too many kids workin back there but kids work at McDonalds and dont f up like that so there werent no excuse.... Food is usually the Bombay tho

My husband and I ate lunch there today. For the first time in our 12 years of living in Pike County, PA we actually THANKED the owners of the Village Pizza for coming to our town. Wonderful food served by a very pleasant waitress. They serve not only great pizza but great soups, salads, and entrees that your taste buds will remember. I guarantee your palate will be happy and will desire more of their good food. Again, thank you for coming into our town, we look forward to eating there again and again. Happy patrons we are!

Ive had a number of good meals here. The standard pizza is just average, but the specialty slices are super yummy. Last week had a sausage and mushroom calzone, highly recommended. Note that the Medium calzone is the size of a fully-grown manatee, so you can easily feed two adults on that alone. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere -- an all-around nice place to grab lunch.

Went there for the first time tonight. We had a large party for little league 4 adults and 8 children. They were VERY accommodating. The waitress was friendly and extremely helpful with our kids. We had pizza and soda. The pizza was great and very reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.

I normally skip Village Pizza because most of the staff are less than pleasant. The food is great but if Im going to dine in somewhere, I want a friendly atmosphere. Ill stop in for a pizza or something maybe twice a year if Im shopping nearby (and its convenient).

The best pizza in Montague just wish they delivered. They are in the shop rite plaza just off NY exit one of I-84 on route 23 in Montague, NJ. NJ also has the cheapest gas in the area and its full serve. Then go to Village pizza for a great meal

Some of the best pizza Ive had. Great atmosphere of a traditional pizza shop with a great Italian menu, wine, and some of the best slices youll have outside NYC and CNY. Will return every time Im in the area.

good pizza - super large portions for the price. The room itself could stand a little sprucing up. The TVs were small, but mostly visible. We enjoyed the service staff, who were very friendly.

Great pizza! Great service, but you cant put your tip on a card if you pay with credit. I pass 3 or 4 other pizzerias but the quality of village pizza is superior.
