Went to get a refill on an iced tea which Ive done a few times (and has not been a problem in the past) but today they would not give a refill because I had purchased my drink from another store about an hour before. It seems like each store has their own policy about this. I felt the girl who was waiting on me was a little sarcastic with her no I cant fill it because you got it from another store have a nice day. My favorite Starbucks is the one in Mount Laurel they seem to be very friendly.

Great baristas and managers. Large open seating area with a long table. Always clean. Only 2 things I see wrong: WiFi and the temperature. The WiFi here, as well as with all other Starbucks, is horrendously slow. The front door opens up directly to the seating area, and when its cold outside, its cold inside. Other than that, this place is awesome. Youll make a new barista friend!

I have been in this location many times, and have never really had a good experience. The staff always seems more self interested then in helping when you pace an order for more than a cup of coffee and a side. If the order is too big, they make you feel like you are wasting their time.

Ambiance is clean and peaceful, i hate the lattes they prepare i feel like i am drinking sugar milk or diluted milk coffee. Tall man @ the counter is sometimes rude, for morning coffees never prefer this place even tough it is in walking distance.

I love them! No matter the wait, they always make my drinks superbly. The Baristas are always Pleasant and very welcoming. I enjoyed just hanging out there some days, not to mention my Venti Mocha Frappuccino!

Love me some Starbucks!!! And this is a really cool location. Such a great vibe and atmosphere, and this location is one of the rare ones that actually has the needed ingredients for a Hazelnut Macciato.

Every time we go to this location its the worst experience. The people are rude and they dont care if there is a long line. They will fill the food case before waiting on a customer.
