My wife and I went to Cafe Loren for Restaurant Week some weeks back. This place did not hold back as many others do for this annual event. They put their best foot forward. The food was over the top, just wonderful. Everything was prepared to perfection. We really savored the blend of flavors with each bite. And we had as much fun eating and sharing our choices with each other as we did looking around at the presentations other tables were receiving. The service was very good too. Our server did not crowd us. But if I looked for him, there he was. Its BYOB and he was right there about three times to refill my wifes glass when empty. The owner is on hand too to chat with as she wonders keeping an eye on everything. Ive heard a drawback to the Cafe Loren is that its small. That maybe a drawback to the owners. But for us, the layout is like an “L” shape with pockets or out-coves on the sides. So its broken up nicely with cozy romantic and fun sections to get away in, hide in or to just enjoy the evening in! We Loved It All!

Came across this little cafe by accident whilst looking for late breakfast. Never heard of Shaksuka before and we were a liitle unsure. The lady gehind the counter was so helpful and friendly and explained the dishes to us. We decided to ask if we could have one to share and a coffee each. The coffee arrived, and was superb, being a bit of a coffee snob, I,m a bit fussy! After a while the Shaksuka arrived, along with a plate each to share it. Now, my wife is not a great lover of tomato and I,m a little funny about feta cheese. Oh my goodness. What a treat. Filling without being heavy it was the perfect start.

Fantastic meal and service last night! We started with a Spicy Gazpacho, followed by Chargrilled Octopus and Seared Sea Scallops, and then for the main course we had Veal Loren, Braised Short Ribs, and a NY Strip Steak special. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the service was very attentive; we even had some modifications from the kitchen for food allergies. We will definitely be returning soon!

Came here with a few friends in the area, We had a great lunch and the Coffee was the best I had in London to date. Nice cozy little place with a unique twist to brunch options. If youre looking for vegetarian dishes made well this is the place. The service was great. Will come again soon!

Very friendly and courteous staff. The food was nice, the starters and salads are a good value and the meal could end there if you wanted. I liked the chefs presentations. Great flavors in our entrée. Make reservations a week plus out if you want to eat during prime hours

Food was delicioso. .service was great (Brad) but...when mgr came up and asked us (party of 4) to move on...I was very upset!! If she had only looked at the the table and realized we were just leaving...maybe she might have held her tongue. ..Dinner was over $300 w/tip
