I am a new marina member this year and my family decided to order takeout. I called and asked what their soup of the day was and the dinner special. The women on the phone rudely stated the specials but said them so fast they all blended together that I didnt understand what was an app. and what was a dinner. Usually the specials are explained but half of the items I didnt even understand. For Example, I heard the last item was lobster ravioli, but she didnt even tell what kind of sauce it had. So when I asked her to slow down and repeat it again. She just repeated exactly the same. I asked if she could explain it a little better like they do at the table side, she yelled at me and told me she doesnt have time for this because she is down a bartender!!!!! She then put me on hold. I gentleman answered the phone asking if he could help me. When I asked who the lady was I was previously speaking too, I was told she was the General Manager. To say the least I was very upset. I spend tons of money at that restaurant in food and drink and to be treated that by the GM is inexcusable.

We happened upon this place and there was no wait to be seated. Asked to be near the window but the hostess, while acknowledging what I said, pretty much ignored it. The table was in the balcony area and we could see out the window from a distance. Waited nearly half an hour for our wine to come, restaurant not even crowded. Asked about it multiple times but it was always "the bar is backed up". Id hate to see them on a busy night. Waiter running around frazzled the whole evening and they had plenty of wait staff; maybe he is just not good for the job. He kept apologizing (which became extremely annoying) "All I can do is say sorry". Food was OK - overpriced for tourists I suppose. Wont go there again.

Unaccomodating and manager was extremely rude. We made reservations for a window table and were sat at a table where the sun was in our eyes blinding us. When asked to move to another table out of the sun with a window view we were told they were "reserved". Spoke to manager and again asked to move to another window table but she would not accommodate our request. She wanted us to sit in the back of the restaurant in the dark dreary balcony area. Walked out and she didnt even seem to care. Obviously they do not value their customers.

The restaurant has been nicely updated. Of course the view/ambience is good with boats in the harbor. The food was good for basic Italian/American but pricey. Unfortunately the owners/managers dont know how to treat a potential repeat customers by not accepting a coupon they have promoted....service was sweet but highly inexperienced (plates on table - no water refills or wine refill until requested - urgh!!). Know what you are in for - good pricey food but not at all up to par for overall experience!

Love this restaurant. Amazing food. Great service. Beautiful atmosphere with great sunset views. Specials are amazing. Fried tomatoes are great. Bronzino to die for. Steaks. Oysters. Salads. Tuna tar tar. Water views in a beautiful location. Hidden gem. People dont realize this is a public restaurant so its less crowded than areas nearby. Im an ocean city local and this is where o cone. Year round. So so nice but not portentous. Couples. Families with kids. This is the place for you.

You have to really try to make this a bad experience for your patrons. Beautiful setting, famous food was overshadowed by a horrible karaoke bar singer, a cocktail that tasted like disinfectant, red wine that was served chilled, food that was average at best, and a server that didnt even ask if we wanted coffee but presented us with the check. Disappointed all around.

The food here is just fair and definitely not worth the high prices that you would expect at fine dining restaurants, not mediocre family type restaurants like this. Very loud with poor service as well.
