Took well over 1 hour to get to our house. We ordered avocado salad, and the avocados were raw, as well as every roll that had avocado in them. The order didnt come with any utensils or chop sticks to eat them with. Overall we were not pleased with the quality of any of the rolls. As we continued on with our meal to our final special rolls, we noticed a tiny insect crawling on one of the rolls and then we were finished. We call China Ming to complain, their reply was "sorry" and hung up on us. We called back again asking for a refund (or at least for the uneaten items) and we were told no refunds, and to stop playing with them and were hung up on again. Do not waste your money here as not only does the food stink, so does the customer service.

Decent food but horrible customer service. When the food was delivered it was a nice delivery guy so we figured wed try again. First visit for a store pick up, the lady practically threw the receipt, pen and my card at me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt figuring it could of been me overthinking things. Visited today and the same woman did the same thing without any basic gratitude expressed. I asked was she having a bad day and she looked at me like I had 4 heads so I said, "I hope the rest of your day is better"then left. I ordered from them 3 times in a matter of two weeks because the food was pretty good and I live around the corner but now ill venture a little further away with my money and I advise others to do the same

Im not the type of person to put a review but this needed to be heard i ordered my food online and i wrote special instructions how i wanted the food it was simple i just wanted my food spicy took 45 min to deliver it the deleivery guy was super nice by the way but when i opened my food the food wasnt spicy and also i ordered pork fried rice and got just yellow rice so i called the guy and got nothing but a nasty attitude and ge asked me wat you want and then straight up hung up on me Horrible service and will never order from here again highly disappointed...

I only gave them a second chance because the one I always go to started getting my order wrong alot. I ordered online and 45 minutes later he calls me demanding my cc. I told him I already paid online and he was loud and rude telling me i wont get my food till i give him my cc. I told him I would call the online company because thats what it said to do for payment issues. After clearing that up he didnt read the special instructions because i requested he go to the back door and he went to my front door that we dont use. Not ordering here again.

Horrible customer service! The lady on the phone was extremely rude.. kept trying to hang up on me while I was still explaining my concerns.. Food was GROSS! I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce extra spicy and instead it was super sweet.. worst fried rice weve ever had and the egg rolls were SOGGY! I wish I had checked the reviews on here before ordering but I was relying on my experience with them when they first opened.. I havent ordered from them since and never will again.

The guy said 10 dollars then the food was delivered he asked for 15. And he fought about it. The delivery is so slow. Hate it. I do not recommend it. Their service sucks and they should just close the store down. Your a take out food store you should always be ready for an order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They leave their left overs for the next day. And whenever i go they always have bugs in the store. I wonder what the kitchen is like.

My husband and I were so excited to find out that our FAVORITE Chinese restaurant was also going to start doing Thai take-out/delivery. The food is AWESOME and the portions very large. We are so happy we found this restaurant after trying so many in our area. FYI, if ordering Chinese, the BBQ Beef on a Stick is to die for! Never dry and great flavor!

Extremely slow delivery! Almost a hour to get the food to my door and I live 3/4 a mile away all they have to say come pick it up and I would have. Very unorganized in their delivery NOT going to be the best that way!

Very disappointed. Their beef is like rubber and could not even be chewed! Found their food to be LOADED with MSG! Overall their food was terrible. NOT recommended at all.
