If i could give this place a negative 10 stars I would. We really wanted this place to be good, but it was doomed from the start. We arrived at 8pm on a Friday evening and there was no actual hostess. Just some random woman who yelled "just sit anywhere " (strike 1). When we finally found a table it was uncleaned but we knew it would fit our entire party of 5 so we sat there anyway in hopes that a staff member would come by and clean it. 15 minutes later still no server (strike 2). When the server finally arrived he didnt offer to clean the table so we asked him to (strike 3). He returned with a rag and then promptly wiped half of the table and then disappeared into the kitchen. Another twenty minutes And he finally took our drink orders (strike 4). He returned with half of the tables drink order while the other half just waited (strike 5). Then another 20 minutes appetizers arrived and then dinner much later. When dinner finally did arrive it was only for four out of our party of five (strike 6). The only time the waiter was prompt was when it was time to bring our check (STRIKE 7). It was just an overall awful experience. We vowed NEVER TO RETURN. This place needs to be shut down and bring back Ruby Tuesdays. PLEASE

Wanted this to be our new lunch time go to but... Co-worker and I decided to try Bar Louie. When we walked in (like another re-viewer said) we were told to sit anywhere. The restaurant had less than 20 people there for noon on a Wednesday, so we figured service would be attentive to say the least. It wasnt. At first she was good, especially when we asked what Bar Louie is known for... she said burgers. That was about as attentive as she was. We had to look for her several times. I got a beer-battered chicken sandwich. It was about average. Nothing special at all. My friend got the pulled pork sandwich. She said "eh, shes had much better". We really were hoping for our new weekly lunch place, but that didnt happen at Bar Louie. Sad, because we were the company guinea pigs, so when we are asked how was Bar Louie we are going to say "ehh, it was ok". Bar Louie - if you want to beat out the already saturated restaurant market in the Woodbridge Center area you have to bring your A game, this was a C at best. Another thing, go to area businesses with coupons, but like I said BRING IT or bring back Ruby Tuesday.

Poor experience, went after about 2.30/3pm when I arrived it was about 4 young Girls in the door entrance just chatting it up & told me I can sit at the bar ok.... Got to the bar the bartender was so rude words cant explain 1st it took her 5 minutes to acknowledge me 2nd she ask me what I want to drink, not asking if I reviewed the menu or if its my first time here. If she would have engaged a little bit she would have realized I didnt have time to review the drink menu because it was just a bunch of menus just placed on the bar & maybe introduce yourself first & give the bar favorites or suggestions. The atmosphere was just dry & not welcoming, Ive work in this area for over 3 years you have to have a personality or your business wont last period! GOOD LUCK!!! I love trying new places & recommending the best but this place no thank you, Ill stick to Korna Grill & Bonefish I know all the managers & service is beautiful!!!

Oh....... my...... god!!!!! Amazing find! A coworker told me to check them out and hubby took us for our anniversary and it was the best decision ever!!! The food, the drinks, the staff, just the over all place! The open wall that lets the fresh air in but has a mosquito net to keep bugs out! Love it! We got two drinks, two appetizers, two dinners, and a dessert to split and it was under $80! They give you more than enough food for the price! And omg was the food fast! Our appetizers were barely on the table for 10 minutes and the food came out. I took away a star for two reasons and two reasons only. 1. My drink was a little too strong and 2. They didnt have the grilled mac and cheese sandwich advertised on the website menu. And of course thats what I wanted.

Never again come on Friday night with my wife and they are out of tuna.then we order Buffalo wings and they came out raw.so when I ordered my dinner they told me they were out of tuna I settled for the fish sandwich.it sucked so bad I didnt even eat it and I eat almost everything in front of me.so my wife offered me half of her veggie wrap so I was so discussed I couldnt even eat.Our waitress come over ask if everything was ok and I ask for the manager he came over and agreed the Buffalo wings were still raw and apologized and wanted to take care of the bill.i said Ill pay for my bill and Ill never come back again..Eight of my friends came here and said the same thing they will never come back and I told the manager to fire his cook.

Ive been here a handful of times, and have always enjoyed myself. The happy hour prices are pretty decent, and the staff is always pleasant -- until theyre off the clock I suppose? We sat near what appeared to be a staff table (some Ive seen before, and some who I saw come from off the floor), and they were obnoxious. The conversations were mostly loud and inappropriate . However, my favorite was the "Pretty for a Dark Skin Girl" debate. We are all entitled to our own opinions, but there should be some better etiquette when dining at your own establishment. I wouldnt return knowing these employees represent Bar Louie. Even when they were told people were complaining, the only lowered their tones to a loud whisper.

Went for lunch with my cousin on a Wednesday arong 12pm and sat at the bar. The place was not busy. The bartender showed us where the menus were on the bar and didnt come back to take orders, before we knew it after talking for a while, about 15 minutes had passed by. After respectfully signalling for the bartender, he waved as if he noticed us and he was busy, another 5 minutes passed by and still no service. He made his way towards us but stopped to joke with another patron. This was during work lunch hours and over 20 minutes passed and not even a drink/water was served. We signalled again but this time he just ignored us to our surprise. We left and went to Buffalo Wild Wings.

WOW! We stopped randomly in for a quick bite... then found out it was their very first night open! That usually spells big trouble for a restaurant, but not for them obviously. It seemed like the bar was full of regulars, a relaxed atmosphere. The servers were friendly. At least four different people than our own server stopped to check on us. The food was solid bar/restaurant fare, nothing gourmet. Nachos were great as an appetizer, Tater tots a welcome departure from the usual fries. Sandwiches exactly as advertised. We would definitely return. All of the employees seemed to have a great attitude and good training. Nice addition to the area.
