My fiancé and I have been coming to saxbys for years. We had always thought their customer service was excellent. Unfortunately recently they have gone pretty down hill, we only return because we love the coffee and food they have. Their owner/manager looks miserable all the time and the girls working the register dont even have a smile on their face and the come off snobby when ever you have a question. We own a restaurant ourselves and pride ourselves on customer service its how you keep people coming back. The quality of the food and drinks have always been consistent which is great. Just needs some change up in their customer service they provide their regulars.

I visit Saxbys 2-3x a week and I really love this place! The Haddonfield setting adds to the experience. It"s a testament to Saxbys that I had no idea it was a franchise until a few months ago. The service is usually excellent. Every once in a while Im taken care of by someone who is providing perfunctory service, but this is not usual. I love reading my newspaper while enjoying my coffee and a snack. The leather-like comfy chairs positioned by the window are an extra treat. All in all, I would highly recommend a visit, and weather permitting, sit outside and enjoy the people, sights and energies of beautiful and historic Haddonfield!

Coffee and pastry were very good. Barista was also very nice and helpful. However, Saxbys seems to be running a date care center in Haddonfield. Children running back-and-forth screaming constantly. I was there for about 35 minutes. It went on the entire time I was there. I was trying to do the necessary work while enjoying my coffee. This was impossible due to these out of control children. I wont be back ...at least not anytime in the morning or afternoon. Maybe Ill try evening sometime.

This place is great! Service is friendly and quick to remember you, drinks are made well and at a cost comparable to any major coffee place, and the food options are much better than what Starbucks offers. Even on the rare occasions when my drink was incorrectly made, one of the employees asked to make it again for me before i could even mention it to her, plus provided me with a card for a free drink. There are plenty of places in the area to grab coffee, but this should be your go to.

Saxbys is fantastic. Quality roast coffee, really flavorful and good syrups, delicious tea and fresh food. I have yet to have a bad experience here and Ive been coming here for over two years. They have never made my drink incorrectly, which I really appreciate since Im lactose intolerant. Theyre polite and efficient, even when theyre busy. I definitely recommend them to all coffee aficionados.

Saxbys Coffeehouse is one of those gems you find. I love the menu at Saxbys, and the food is nothing less than fresh and delicious. My wife and I frequent Saxbys quite often, for lunch or dinner, and a couple of hours relaxing with coffees. The atmosphere in Saxbys is nice. They keep the music low enough for you to hear, but not loud enough to be distracting.

Cant complain about the food and beverages, but I once received terrible service there from one of the employees. From reading the other reviews it seems like most of the other employees are friendly, but this one man was very rude to me while I was ordering and impatient when I asked a question regarding the menu.

New and fun! Close to home and it has the BEST hot chocolate in town! I like being able to switch it up and walk to a new coffee house. I had never heard of Saxbys and was excited by the drink and food selection. the Staff is super nice and helpful. And the store is roomy and clean. Love it.

Far away from the Maddon crowd in a quiet street with beautiful walkways, colonial architecture, fresh coffee. I had the cold brew which was just right, much better than the chains. The quotes inside the shack were funny, the wifi quick, and the staff friendly.

If you want local hospitality, good treats, and a comfortable place to gather, catch up, or just surf the wireless, Saxbys is the place. We love their hot chocolate, and Im convinced that these are the best chocolate chip cookies able to be bought in a store.

The coffee is the best in the area. The service is hit or miss. The two guys whove been around the longest can be pretty rude, but all the newer baristas a pretty customer service oriented. Id give it 5 stars if it werent for the lackluster service.

The place is great, service is friendly and fast. I had the worst cappuccino since I came in the States 18 months ago (and I had a lot of cappuccinos!!). Stuff needs education/training on that!
