You never know what youre gonna get with Chicken Holiday. The one by my father-in-law has terrible service and their fairly rude when answering the phone. By contrast, this franchise, while the store itself isnt much to look at, is family owned and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous. Of course, this wouldnt mean much if the food wasnt any good. These guys have some of the best fried chicken Ive had. Unlike KFC, they dont pre-fry their chicken; they fry the chicken to order so its always hot and fresh for you. The chicken is very juicy and the seasoning is just right. Good stuff all around!

I love the food, especially the buffalo chicken tenders, just not happy with the service. I always feel as though I am "bothering " them when I call in to place an order. They are not friendly and just dont care about customer service. If the chicken tenders were terrible, I would never go back.

Mom and Pop Chicken place. Absolutely Amazing fried chicken and sides. Prices and food are better than what you get at KFC. When Im in the mood for fried chicken, this is my go to place hands down period. Never had better!
