Worst place ive ever went to for food. Got a slice of pizza and found a big black hair in it. Then decided to get another slice and while examining it found a big black fly stuck to a piece of chicken. There was no manager working at the time so the cashier had to call her so I could get my money back. Got the money back for the food but couldnt refund our drinks. Youd think since the food was so bad they could of gave us the drinks for free. But no, not planet wings. This place is garbage and I will NOT be returning.

Staff has no brains without computer or customer service skills. Wanted 75 wings 3 sauces, computer could only do 2 sauces,because staff said policy is only 2 sauces for 75 wings thats all that is on the computer. They could not figure out how to ring up 3 x 25 wings at the 75 wing price. ended up going to buffalo wild wings and was the best I have every had. Staff was very accommidating to a customer

Every time I order a crispy chicken Caesar salad they always send me grill chicken and every cent please send me grill chicken its really nasty grill chicken and this is not the first time it happened this time I called and they told me that Im the one that put down grill chicken and I definitely never put down grill chicken because I dont like to grill chicken from planet wings

Well thank god the big boss was there! Seems like a great guy too, keeping the workers working like theyre supposed to. The food was great!! Kinda had a dinner and a show with the boss yelling at the other lazy workers haha. Great place best wings i ever had!! So many flavors mmmm yes yes! Good job!!!

Verryyyyy slow, staff is pretty "duhhhhhh" lol, but wings taste like the other planet wings so I suck it up n wait n deal with the lack of friendly customer service.
